HTeaO - Bedford (Harwood & Central) — Restaurant in Bedford

Good drinks, but my recent visit left me confused... or more irritated than anything. But we have been going here a long time now, but they always have their own brande"Hteao" mugs, tumblers and so on. But this location in particular is price gouging. They put non-hteao price tags over the existing ones and they jumped up $5-$8 depending on what cup you picked to buy. But you can literally go online and see the prices and they are above online prices, and just to confirm i drove to three other locations and non of them did the price gouge like this location..... so that tells me this location is a franchise with a greedy owner. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location, because if they are doing that to the cups but no other location is then they will be cheap on the teas and the amount of flavoring in them to save money by doing less than the standard protocol. Sad to see a good company and location get ruined by another greedy owner or management that doesn't know better. You can say its just knit-picking but history shows what happens when they start doing stuff like this. But I will just go to another location i dont care about the extra 6-10 minute drive. At least it will be with same company just diffrent ownership...

I Came through the Drive Thru one day waiting for My Sons Appointment. Obviously this Place is in Texas, and I'm from New York. So I did not know the Menu. They had quite the bit of Options to choose from. I had some questions and they were Answered, like, I didn't understand how you can put RootBeer in a Latte... They got me all set up, through the confusion, and I decided to order the RootBeer Cold Latte. The Staff there was Kind of pushy, it could have been because I was asking questions and they were busy and maybe overwhelmed?! But I felt like I was being rushed or kind of pushed along, because there was so many options and I just couldn't choose. The RootBeer Float Iced Latte was REALLY good, to say the least. I would go back there 50 times confused, if that meant I could have another one of those in my Hand. Game changer!! I was in and out in Under 7 minutes. However, it was good, but I spent almost $7.50 on a Medium Drink... My Recommendations: *RootBeer Float Iced Latte!

This place is AWESOME!!! It's really got tons of teas to try and mix and match. The staff is really amazing!!

Daily setup is something I get every time. I also love the peach tea, green almond, mint and regular are my go to.

What I love is there is no artificial sweeteners, pumps, flavors. It's all brewed naturally and with real sugar and they also have unsweetened in all flavors.

On top of this is brewed fresh ever hour. So no more sour tea. I've been here a ton now and the sweetness doesn't change. Most places some days it is too sweet, just right or not sweet enough. It's hit or miss. But not here. And for me it's just balanced right. The beautiful thing is though you can mix half-and-half or 3/4 whatever you want to do and try different ways to find what you love.

OK let’s talk about water and ice which they have the most amazing crushed ice that they sell in a bag or you can get a cup of it. They also carry really good taste in water for six hours and 50 Cent you can get a case.

last they are yeti fan so pick you up a yeti and get it refilled there!
