If you want half your hair melted off then see Vernice. She kept the bleach on my hair for way too long. It came out in clumps. She said it wasn't her fault and this is what happens when you go blonde, and I should've known that. She didn't apologize to me at all and even more than a year later my hair has not recovered and is super thin. She still made me pay $185.
