Read moreExcitement, then disappointment! I ordered over the phone 2 - 8” cakes. One lemon raspberry and one of our favorites white chocolate raspberry. It was for my niece’s birthday. We had the lemon on Friday and saved her favorite for Saturday night. We put candles on the cake and sang Happy Birthday and were so sad cutting into it and finding a vanilla cake. When I called the store I got a hot mess! I asked for the manager and got transferred to a girl who wasn’t the manager and said she didn’t think they could do anything. I asked for the owner and was told she was way too busy to deal with this!! I was told they didn’t have evidence that the cake wasn’t the correct flavor. I do have pictures. If that’s true, I’d sure like her to reach out to me. Only open one week and a rough...
Read moreIt’s to be my SS10’s birthday. Me and my partner knew NBundt cakes are a really good so we went there to ask about the cake options , standard things.

Almost as she genuinely was annoyed we were even asking her questions, I thought she might’ve been new and didn’t necessarily knew how to respond to them but as the interaction proceed we just realised she didn’t care. I understand the industry can sometimes be a little too much, and perhaps she was not feeling great. I understand, however I think pushing a bit more on being more servicial from staff to costumer makes a whole difference . We didn’t feel like buying anything after...
