The amount of money I spend on panda express on a monthly basis is almost unacceptable by normal standards but I like it. But the Greenwich location is absolutely atrocious. I ordered through the drive thru, get to the window, and pay. Then am told they don't have any of the unsweet passion mango black tea and they don't always have it. "Just some times that they make it." Um, no. This is a staple tea for panda. Again, I spend way too much money here to not know the menu, but whatever. He offers me some insane mixed sweet guava something which I declined and he refunded the drink. Then he comes back 3 minutes later to tell me theyre still waiting on my mushroom chicken to finish cooking. Ok, we'll let's not have undercooked chicken, I guess. Then he comes back 2 minutes later and says they're waiting on the fried rice.... it's a Chinese place. The other locations I go to are always on top of the amount that's on hand and ready bc everyone is always going to get rice-get it together. Then he says "can I put an appetizer in the bag for you? Lime rangoon?" I said "if you're offering, I'd like Rangoon, yes". I had to move and park bc another car ordered and pulled behind me so when he brought the food to me, proceeds to tell me they were out of Rangoon for the night so he threw apple rolls in there because "those are better anyways." I will absolutely not be coming back to this location again. I love Panda Express, but this particular location seems to have many issues. Iāve been to this restaurant maybe five times. The first time I went, it had just opened and the food was very good, obviously fresh. But it just went downhill from there. Any other time Iāve went the food has been cold, the rice and the chicken was so unnecessarily dry, and the tables were all dirty. I understand if theyāre busy, but there was quite literally nobody else there when I would go. The last time I went to this location, it wasnāt even to eat; I was picking up an order for DoorDash. Apparently another Dasher had already picked up the order, which was fine. What was not so fine was that the lady who helped me was so rude for no reason. Like, chill, princess. Unfortunately, I had to call DoorDash so they could cancel the order, so I had to go back inside so they could tell the customer service guy that he could cancel the order. Again, they were so rude. There were three workers, a dude and two women. The woman who had helped me previously had an attitude the whole time while the other two employees snickered in the corner. I apologised and told them to have a good day, to which I got an eye roll from one of them and no other response. So annoying. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a meal and a drink for dine in. I asked the girl at the register when I made my purchase, if they had tea and her response was yes. And they do have tea,...but all they had was Passion Fruit tea and Sweet tea. I can't have the sugar in either of those so I took the new empty cup to the register for a refund, less than 30 seconds later. A manager named "Michelle" came up to the register was rude, scrunched up her face and said "Whats wrong? " I told her all they had was sweet tea and I just need a refund please. She said "We have Passion fruit"! She acted irritated and shook her head while punching up the refund. She asked for my card,..and then handed it back and said..."There ya go!" then walked off with my receipt and the receipt that showed the refund to the card. I asked her for a ticket showing the refund to my card,...and NOW GOT A HARD TIME AND WAS TOLD,..." I HAVE TO KEEP THEM". I told her I wanted proof that the refund was processed to the card,....AND SHE SHOVED IT IN MY HAND and turned on her heel and walked off. She must be a very miserable person, to abuse a customer over something as simple as drink cup refund. And this person is the Captain of this ship? Awesome...
