Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Bell Gardens

So we get to Applebee’s at 5:00.. this was my first time at this Applebee’s at this location by the casino I thought it would be a good idea to go to this one but I was very wrong mistaking as soon as I pulled up . there were three employees already outside smoking a cigarette so by time I went in there they were running to the front desk to tell me if I needed to 2or four more seats to sit down once he finally let me know that there’s no seats open he told me there will be a 10 minute wait my 10 minute wait end up being a 30 minute late ....... he sat me down I didn’t like the area I was setting at it was very dusty nobody really wiped it down nobody gave us napkins or utensils so by time the waitress came to us she asked for order of drinks came back with the wrong drinks very watered-down ... I told her about the drink so they tried to make it up and came back with a second one it was whatever so we ordered appetizers ,appetizers came they were very cold and half done the dip was very burnt and it was only 2 tablespoons of cheese dip . The quesadilla chicken was very cold and soggy the sauce was frozen and had ice chips in the inside .... and we already had ordered our food with an appetizer 10 new guest s came in and was already halfway done with their order it was already getting stuff send out and we already been there since five a clock in at this time is 655 ..So by then me and my party just decided to go and pay for what we have at eat which by time we got there we felt like that wasn’t even the price we still should have paid but to let you guys know this is not the Applebee’s you...

06/26/25 sat down at 8:20. My wife and I decided to have a date night and wanted to try the new unlimited menu. At 8:35 We ordered cheese sticks and they came out pretty fast but our order of wings and rib tips took literally 35 minutes. We waived down our waiter and he said that they never got the order even though we placed it with him. He said the manager will come talk to us but this “manager” only came and dropped off our plates and didn’t say a word. He did take our second order and this was at ~9:05.That order did not come until 9:37… when it did arrive it was a completely different person, the fries were cold and the plating was horrible. The whole time I between this, our waiter did not check on us one single time. This whole time we had the same cup of Diet Coke with no refills. We decided to call it a night cause it was just a horrible experience. We asked for a discount and only got a $10 and still payed about $40 for this absolutely horrible service and only getting 2 orders off the “unlimited” menu. Horrible service, the waiter and the manager need to take customer service 101 or something because it was an absolute joke how it was handled. Will definitely not be...

Not only did they mess up my order once but three times. The first plate my steak was completely hard and dry, the broccoli was squishy and the mashed potatoes were dry and hard to even get my fork through. My mistake was having them send it back to make a new steak (I really wanted steak) this time the broccoli was under cooked that I couldn’t even bite through, the steak looked moist but definitely wasn’t. The manager did come to speak to me and had me order another dish. I decided to get pasta because hey how can you mess up pasta. Unfortunately I just wasn’t lucky with food at this location. The chicken in my pasta was under cooked and the pasta itself was extremely squishy. & it looked as if they just added a bunch of different pasta together. Not to mention my blue moon was watered down & I had to wait for napkins. I appreciate the server doing his best to accommodate me and trying to change my experience. I am upset that instead of the manager charging my date the regular price for his plate they still charged the price of the 2 for after he explained he’d comp my food. He basically didn’t comp anything.
