I went in for 2 caramel Brulee with cold brew, one drink tasted with no flavor just coffee and the other was a lighter color and just tasted like coffee and milk, i left and didn't think to try it till I was 20 minutes out, I turned right back around to exchange it for 2 caramel Brulee Fraps, I was asked to pay the difference which I did, I work Doordash so I told the worker I'll be back to pick up since the lines were ridiculous inside and outside, also take note the first time we ordered through drive thru it took 40 minutes to get our coffee, so there was no way I was going back through that line. On arrival I came back to the line even busier in the drive thru and the lobby was closed so I had an argument with them on why I should go through the drive thru when my coffee was literally right there, I could see it ready, I couldn't go through the drive thru because I had to go drop off another order. Worst experience everrrr! Attitude from all employees they even laughed because I told them there customer service was not good. 0 stars they still owe me a refund which I'm so traumatized I'll probably not go back for. I feel sorry for this place and the people who have to get to work or school fast because this is just ridiculous, and the way cars are lined up is a safety hazard, why not keep the doors open till 10pm atheist to keep the lines down in the drive thru, also there is not enough employees...
Read moreI placed an order of 3 coffees and 2 pastries today. I sent my boyfriend to pick them up, and the 2 pastries were there, but the coffees weren’t. He asked for the coffees and one of the baristas questioned him, asking “Are you sure you didn’t send someone to pick them up already?”
He said “No, why would the breads still be here if I did? I ordered the breads with the coffee”
The barista then said “Ugh, this is basically free coffee”.
Trying to imply we were trying to swindling them.
I asked my boyfriend if he saw the barista’s name tag, but he didn’t pay attention to it.
I wish he had.

Read moreI ordered via the mobile app the Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino and a confetti cookie. It’s quicker and easier to order for mobile pick-up. This Starbucks has a drive-thru and a small parking lot. It’s tiny inside but it was clean when I came in for the pick-up. I noticed my drink was ready, but the cookie was not. The cashier guy who attended me informed that they had ran out and if I wanted a chocolate chip cookie instead. I asked him if I could switch it to the lemon pound cake instead. He was very nice and made the switch with no hesitation. I just wish the app would quickly update if an item is out of stock, so you won’t have to order it. This was my first time trying the Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino and it was delicious. It has the faint taste of coffee with a mix of vanilla flavor.
