The manager is very rude and unprofessional. On Friday evening, 12/2/22 at around 5pm I ordered inside and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to ge attended. Only to get told that they did not have what I wanted (strawberry frosty). They had 1 girl taking orders and packing food for inside orders. The poor girl thinks I got mad at her (so sorry for showing my disappointment) but it was at the manager. The girl at the cashier was over worked and actually took my complaint more professional than the actual manger. The manager lacked apathy to customer's feedback and "customer service" as a whole. When I expressed my disappointment to the so called manager she walked away from me and left me talking to myself. HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!! Not once did she apologize! The young girl behind the cashier was the only one to apologize for the long wait. I mentioned to the manager that it is her responsibility to post what they run out of especially on a busy day where customers are waiting over an hour to be attended. She did mot want to hear it!!! Read moreWhile dining inside the restaurant, I accidentally moved the table too hard with my foot when I was getting in my seat causing some of my soda to spill. Fortunately, the spill managed to maintain itself on the table and it didn't cause any major catastrophe. At that very moment, the young man that had taken my order was in the dining to make sure everything was clean and tidy. I politely asked if he could bring me a wet rag so I could clean up the mess and he of course took care of it for me and then asked if everything was alright. I was impressed with how the staff at Wendy's is consistently making sure that the dining room is clean and maintained and well kept. Other places don't make it a priority to have such a clean establishment that I've had to ask for my seating area to be cleaned because the previous customer left the area without any consideration for the next guest.
