First off, I am giving 5 stars because the food was awesome, and the manager was very helpful. I am not going to completely fault the manager or the man who prepared our sandwiches for the unpleasant experience we had yesterday. They were both friendly and courteous. But an extremely entitled woman who came in after us, and who recognized me from my job, decided she was in more of a hurry than we were. She told the manager she had five minutes to get to work, and that we were ahead of her but it was okay because she knew me. The manager began making her sandwich but then told the guy who was still making our two sandwiches to finish making hers first. I truly believe the manager assumed we told her that it was okay for her to cut the line, but he really should have asked us to make sure. After she left, we asked why they helped her first, and were told she was a regular customer, and that's when he realized she had bamboozled him into thinking we had said it was okay to go ahead of us. Though we didn't ask for anything other than an explanation as to why she was allowed to cut in front of us, the manager took half off our order to make things right. So kudos to him!! We will surely return to this Jersey Mike's❣️
Where do people come off thinking that their time is more valuable than others, or that because they're regular customers or because they know someone, that they should get first priority? She bullied and tricked that manager! And btw, I don't really know her personally; she's just one of many customers who shop where I work. If she reads this, I hope she will learn a lesson about being courteous and patient, and not being rude...

I ordered a tub (no bread) to be ready today at 11am off of the app. I showed up at 11am to pick it up and the lady yelled at me that they're weren't open yet even though they're supposed to open at 10:30am. They also claimed they had no bread yet. I reminded them my order had no bread and they they finally made my tub by 11:15am. Also there wasn't nearly as much meat as the other JM locations I order the tub from. I also pre-tipped as always. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with this location. One day I showed up and there was a sign on the door that said they couldn't find employees so they were closed. This is a poorly-run franchised location. I'm done with it. My mistake was asking for lettuce because they added a huge layer of lettuce on the bottom and a small amount of meat. I would have had more meat if I ordered an actual sandwich. The price was the same but i got way less food. Its definitely a rip off When we placed our orders the site said the earliest we could get it was 40 mins later. My food was cold when I got it. They probably make it as soon as they get the orders and let the food sit there. I ate it anyway because I wasn't going to waste my lunch break going back and forth but I won't ever come back to...
