Weirdest, creepiest McDonald's on Earth. This is what the Democrats have done to us. Minimum wage up, employees gone, kiosks in. Total dystopian atmosphere.
This place has a couple of electronic kiosks, and you barely see the employees. One guy was ambling around the dining area, and another guy occasionally popped out, but that was it. The rest were giggling in the kitchen.
McDonald's used to be fast food. This place is very, very slow. We ordered and waited and waited and waited.
It looks like they lie on the computer system, to impress corporate. There are two columns on the screen. Orders being prepared, and orders being served. They kept the first column empty. Our order moved to the "served" column right away, and then we continued to wait.
I'll bet the manager gets a cookie or something for lying about the restaurant's speed.
Our burgers tasted weird. I've probably had hundreds of Quarter Pounders. The one I bought at this McDonald's tasted off, as though the meat had been frozen or something. How can you get a Quarter Pounder wrong? They figured it out in 1971. That was 53 years ago.
The fries were limp and lukewarm, so clearly, the employees were making big batches and letting them go stale so they wouldn't have to work too hard if more people came in. My wife threw out a big pile of fries.
We paid over $24 for two combos. My wife is foreign. I knew we were probably not going to enjoy a post-Biden McDonald's, but I took a chance because I wanted her to have the McDonald's experience.
She still hasn't had it.
Up side: very clean, perhaps due to the absence of customers.
Stop jerking customers around and make the food right. Business will improve. Somewhat. It's hard to sell a $12...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst drive in I have ever had the displeasure of going through. My 4 year old daughter wanted French fries so we stopped. The line wasn't terribly long for the tine of day and it was moving rather quickly. She ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. It took us 5 minutes to get to the last window where the kid them told me to pull to the side because the nuggets were going to take 2 minutes longer. Knowing that nuggets take approximately 7 minutes to fry it made since after waiting 5 minutes already. We then waited 20 more minutes with 2 cars in front of us. One of which the customer had to go inside and collect his own food. Cars began to pile up behind us and no sign of any employees bringing our food. I went inside only to find that there were only 4 customers inside and unsurprisingly they were all also waiting for their food. One of which said he was also waiting for an absurd length of time. I asked for a manager and someone just pointed to another person and didn't attempt to assist me at all. Only when I raised my voice to get her attention was I spoken to and no excuse for the extreme delay was offered. Just an "I'm sorry". I told her in a very frustrated way throat I didn't want their food anymore and wanted my money back and would not ever return to the store. I grew up in the area as my family has also and thus place has gotten consistently worse over the years. I Will no longer give this store my business and I will inform my family and friends of the terrible customer service and lying of...
Read moreMcDonald’s is a great place for coffee, in fact their coffee has been rated as one of the best. During our move, for the week we were in our new home before the movers arrived with our things, we enjoyed a variety of breakfast sandwiches. McDee’s now uses 3 types of bread for the breakfast sandwich lineup- biscuit, English muffin, or the McGriddle, basically a grilled pancake. Being sweeter than the muffin or the biscuit, it’s becoming more popular. McDonald’s sausage patty has an excellent flavor. In addition to the sausage, available to put on the morning sandwich are any combination of bacon, egg and cheese. This McDonald’s has the twin drive thru line that cuts the wait down a little bit. Other items worth trying from the menu include the French fries which are world famous Hecate they are consistently good. Try asking for low salt to get fries served up piping hot. Always good dipped in a little ketchup. The Fillet-O-Fish sandwich (4.59/7.99 meal) is far better than the one from Wendy’s. The Big Mac or the Quarter Pounder with cheese are $4.89 ea/8.19 for the medium size meal. Meals start at $6.49 for the Cheeseburger meal, up to $9.99 for the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, or $6.39 by itself. McDonald’s got 3 stars from me because they’ve done away with salads, at one time a healthy alternative to all the delicious fried foods. Do if I want a good salad now, I go to Zaxby’s and order the Chicken topped Zalad, one of the best fast food salads remaining. Wendy’s salads are...
