Arby's — Restaurant in Bellevue

Updating review due to recent interaction- I'd give negative stars if i could

Ordered from grubhub to have our food delivered. When we got our order all of our mozzarella sticks were missing, fries half filled, chicken tenders were hard as a rock like they had sat under the heat lamp all day and our cheddar sauce was rancid. We tried calling the store and they refused to answer, in fact on the first call someone picked up the phone and instantly hung up. Because of this, we had to drive to the restaurant to get things fixed. We were still on the phone trying to get through to the restaurant when my husband walked in , there was no phone ringing in the restaurant, their ringer was turned off. Great service there.

Immediately upon telling the manager, Ruth, that our order was messed up she said "No it wasnt!" and did nothing but argue the whole time. She refused to check the cheese sauce after giving us yet another rancid cup.

this location needs to be completely re-staffed and the managers retrained. This seems to be a trend, someone needs to step in before someone gets sick because of poor food handling

Food is decent. Cashier Stephanie was absolutely slow as hell and didn't listen when I asked for my sauce to be on the side. The manager and an off duty employee yelling their conversation across the restaurant made it absolutely unbearable.

Highly suggest a re-staffing of people who actually care...

If I could I would give zero stars. The first night I had 2 orders which both got messed up. I ordered a total of 4 bacon beef n cheddars, none of which had bacon. Called and they didn’t answer. So called back the next day manager wouldn’t give me her name. Said I had to come that day to get my order replaced. So I go later on that day to get my order replaced and the person at the speaker asked me who I spoke to and couldn’t give a name. Then he asked me what color she had. How would I know what color hair she had when I spoke to her on the phone? So finally after it’s all said and done I get my sandwiches replaced. Get home sit down check the sandwiches and it’s literally bacon crumbles on all the sandwiches. Whatever at this point I’m over it and just say I won’t be back to this location again. Get to eating my sandwich take a bite and there is a hair that is wrapped in the middle of meat. Funny thing is my husband found a hair yesterday in his sandwich and we just assumed it was from me or one of my kids. But after tonight I think it’s from this store. It’s a grey hair which the manager that was there had grey hair....

My experience was horrible. ACTUALLY every single time I arrive there it’s always a disaster. They either get my order wrong or they don’t LISTEN on the intercom. Then when you go to the window , they LOVE TO PULL you forward.. I mentioned I needed two French dip sauce before I approached the window along with other items. Those two sauces were not on the receipt. Can’t go inside due to covid so I had to sit and wait for the food. When the other food came out. I mentioned to the lady that I’m missing those dipping sauces off of my receipt. I was VERY polite about it. She then tells me I have to go back AROUND when I wasn’t even the one who MADE this mistake. I don’t work the drive thru! You guys need to seriously let the customers check their receipts before pressuring them to pull up to the door. ALSO whoever is taking orders should not continue taking multiple orders while I’m waiting on my damn change back!! This all could of been prevented. This place...
