The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE ! I do not say this lately! We arrived. They were outside smoking, no big deal. Everybody gets a break We all go inside.. Order drinks. Ask for a second to go over the menu with me and my Twins. Drinks arrive proceed with order, when the order comes, I have to ask for spoon for my coffee, cream and sugar. Sugar is actually already at the table but out. Now we’re waiting on the food in a little bit of stuff I need for my coffee. food comes kids got their pancakes. I get my omelette. My omelette was supposed to be hashbrowns inside cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, hashbrowns on the side with cheese on them white toast. All I get an omelette with hashbrowns and mushrooms inside absolutely no cheese hashbrowns are so hard. I could throw them at the wall and they wouldn’t break Dry no toast no hashbrowns. When she left, I thought she was bringing back my remaining food I was missing. She continues to wait on another table that walked in so I patiently wait. Five minutes goes by. I have to flag her down. She says oh I’m sorry. Let me take that now. I’ve done cut the omelette totally in half break it open and pull out the ingredients just a little bit on ones half of it to realize I know cheese I thought it was dry Not all ingredients in there. She takes it slaps cheese on top of it melts. It brings back this mess of a plate that I had made on 1/2 no toast no hashbrowns. I proceeded to say I need those OK still dry cause I didn’t have anything inside of it and you’re supposed to get a little cheese on top Anyway as well as inside that’s how I asked for it then they bring me out toast that was so hard I couldn’t even pinch it when I pinched it. It broke apart into dust. That’s how hard it was. I can continue to go on. This is already long enough. I asked to talk to the manager when they brought me over a $50 bill Manager comes a table. I say I think it’s fair if you give me half off this omelette that I can’t even eat the toast couldn’t eat and the hashbrowns they were raw. The side was raw that they brought me out with a square piece of toast. I’m sorry cheese melted on top. He says I think it’s fair if I take off the tax, I believe it was four dollars taken off roughly I paid 40 something dollars for my kids to have pancakes I didn’t get nothing to eat because it was horrible. Dry cold if you ever eat cold eggs cold they suck. This was the worst. Worst worst experience in the manager. They’ve got kids running it down there that sit outside smoke I’m mortified. I’ve lived here my whole life. It’s...
Read moreThis was our second visit to the place and was in complete contrast to our first one. While the first one was pleasant - very standard IHOP experience - this was a disaster and I just hope this was one of those off days when things went wrong.
Just as we entered, we could see the staff was totally disoriented. The lady, who was visually upset, had a tough time getting herself together. As we looked around the restaurant, we could see so many empty seats but full tables - nobody bothered to clean them up or nobody was even cleaning them up. We were given a table where there was an open half-n-half just under the chair and as my wife sat, it spilled as the leg hit. We eventually asked if we can have a window table since it was raining outside and the view was really good. Luckily, one of those tables was clean, so we placed ourselves there.
Food: One thing that none of the IHOPs we have visited have gone wrong is the food. This one was probably the first one. We went for an Egg White Vegetable Omelette with a side of hashbrown and a Banana Nutella Crepe. We actually wanted to order something in burgers or sandwiches but they did not have anything vegetarian there (which is shameful for IHOP in general). Normally, restaurants at least offer to convert BLT into a vegetarian one by removing a bacon but no such offers were made here, so we gave it a skip (and I am glad we did). To begin with, Egg White Vegetable Omelette tasted really good after we added some salt and pepper. The freshness of avocado and the spinach gave a very healthy feeling along with the egg whites. However, Banana Nutella Crepe was a total disaster. The number of crepes was too much compared to the topping of banana and Nutella. We had to leave just about a little more than half of it only because there wasn't anything else to eat it with. It looked like the chef just lost the count of crepes he is supposed to make.
Service: Except for the cleanliness part, the service was pretty fine. However, in terms of overall experience and the enthusiasm we generally see in the IHOP waiters, it was totally lacking.
It was a highly disappointing visit and we had to redeem ourselves by making some food at home late night, which we wanted to avoid with all the work we...

Your order is usually wrong somehow & they have the same excuse everytime. This last time was ridiculous though. Placed an online order at 9:23, waited until 10:15 only for them to tell me they didn't have my order, then tell me it was accidently handed out to someone else & they would remake it. 11:30 & we were still waiting for the order with NO communication bc there's never an employee at the front unless they're bringing an order out. Might as well just close the place down if you can't operate any better than that.
This place is awesome! They went above & beyond to fix a mistake that wasn't even their mistake, it was Doordashes! We placed an order & our dasher left over half our food at the restaurant & it took nearly 2 hours for us to even get half, which was ice cold at that point, because our order was reassigned & the new driver did circles for 15 minutes for some unknown reason. Doordash REFUSED to refund us our money, a $40 order, over $20 worth of food not received. So we called I-hop & the ladies there were so nice & told us to tell doordash they would verify we did not get our food. Doordash STILL wouldn't refund our money. Finally doordash agreed to replace an order for the items missing. At this point we had already waited 2 hours for the little bit of food we did get & it was ice cold & the new order doordash had placed was incorrect too. So I called I-hop & told them we would just pick it up because at this point I'm highly irritated & it's almost 4am. Not only did I-hop make sure doordash didn't pick up our order again for us, they remade the whole order fresh for us so ALL our food would be hot. Thank you all so much for doing the best you could to help make our bad experience a little better. You were all kind, courteous, & professional. The food was delicious ladies, THANK YOU! Doordash, take notes. THIS is how a good business conducts...
