A shout out to James and Adrian at the Bellevue location.
About a month ago, the bf and I received an email from LEVELup regarding a 50% off promotion using the pokeworks app. i called the bellevue location to confirm if this applied to any entrees and they said yes. I placed an order on my app however the 50% did not apply. the bf and I went to bellevue pokeworks to place his order with the 50% off. Bellevue location said i would hear back from corporate or whoever regarding this situation. Waited a week and nothing. Reached out to levelup and did not receive the expected customer service. I was pretty disappointed this is how they handled my concern. I reached back out to Bellevue location and told them what happened. James, the general manager, invited the bf and myself back for a free meal. The day we went in we met, Adrian, the assistant manager, who spoke with us and i shared my experience. Adrian wanted to us to know levelup and pokeworks are two separate entities. Pokeworks uses levelup's scanner and such and do not understand how pokeworks operates. I was thankful to James and Adrian for listening to my concerns and received great...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with their delivery service.
I've ordered with Pokeworks other times and really love the food and never had a problem with the delivery service before, I'm not sure if they just had it changed.
I had an order that was cancelled and no reasons were given to me. While I understand that unforeseen events happen, I wish that someone have reached out to me to at least explain why my order was cancelled. It was Sunday and late, I had reasons to order food. So besides waiting for a whole hour, I ended up without food and without other options since other restaurants were closing by the time. I think that when you are unable to deliver the food, you could at least explain the reasons to the costumers. After all of that I had to call the restaurant to get a refund, the manager apologized and all and even said they were going to send me a bowl for free, but it never happened.
Then some weeks after that, I decided to give it another try because I really wanted to eat poke, but guess what? I never received the delivery again! This is all really frustrating! And again, I do like the food so it is just too bad that the delivery service they...
Read moreTL;DR: they were out of several items midday on a Sunday.
Parking: street side or garage.
Atmosphere: feels like a Chipotle but for poke.
Menu: posted on the back wall, pretty straightforward.
Service: go and start your order on the left and work your way down to the register, pay, seat yourself, bus your own table.
#4 Yuzu Ponzu Salmon: salmon was good but pieces were on the small side and there wasn't very much of it. Nothing really wowed me about the bowl to be honest. They were out of green onions.
Miso Soup: not too flavorful, missing the green onions and tofu was sparse. They have a miso soup dispenser that dispenses the broth and all they do is add seasoned and tofu into it. But they were out of seaweed and green onions.
Coco Mango Haupia: it was out when I was there. Apparently it's only made once a week or so by an outside vendor and when it's gone, it's gone. It's not made in house so it's not guaranteed that you get a fresh one made that day.
Drink fountain is closed but their flavored teas are open. I recommend 3/4 lemonade with 1/4...
