My hubby is a a big Jasmine milk tea fan, and I thought he'd be excited about this place but he wasn't. We decided to try it on Labor Day since the line wasn't all the way outside the store when we passed by.

He got the most popular drink there, which is the snowy jasmine. I got the pistachio jasmine coconut because I thought it'd be interesting. We ordered takeout on the panda app, so I was able to quickly exit the store within 2 minutes. They have tons of takeout orders, but you just need to tell them how many drinks are in your order and the order # from your app.

The price is very similar to chi cha San chen, but I prefer chi cha San chen better. My pistachio drink was jasmine green tea mixed with coconut water, so it's super refreshing... So refreshing to a point that it tastes quite close to water, not so much tea. The pistachio cream is surprisingly a bit sour. I think the drink is fine after you mixed the drink with the cream, but I won't order it again since it didn't meet my expectation. As for my husband's drink, he said the drink was meh but the Jasmine cream was good.

On the other hand, I think their insulated takeout bags are super nice. However, they don't allow you to order no ice for their drinks... So while it's good that the bag can keep the drinks cold, the ice would still melt after a while and the drinks won't be as good. I can also imagine some people not liking the idea of pouring the cream themselves since it's more work lol.

Overall, it somehow matched what I read from other reviews... This place is overrated.. if I need to wait a long time for bubble tea, I'd get...

Molly Tea has quickly become one of my favorite bubble tea shops in Bellevue! Everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed — from the cozy interior to the quality of their drinks. What really sets them apart is their creativity and attention to detail, especially when it comes to presentation. They’re honestly the best at creating adorable seasonal packaging — every time I visit, there’s something new and cute to look forward to. It makes the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Their drinks are consistently amazing. My top picks are the Snowy Jasmine, White Champaca Milk Tea, and Pistachio Jasmine Coconut — each one has its own unique, delicate flavor. The teas are fragrant without being overpowering, and the balance of sweetness and creaminess is just right. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take care in crafting each drink.

The service is always warm and welcoming. Everyone here is friendly, but I have to give a special shout-out to Ninjin, who’s absolutely wonderful! She’s so lovely, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure my order is just how I like it. It’s that kind of genuine care that keeps me coming back 💌

Overall, Molly Tea is a gem in Bellevue — great drinks, amazing service, and the cutest packaging around. If you love milk tea and appreciate small details that make a big difference, this is definitely the spot to visit 🎀

Decided to come here after hearing about it on instagram.

I ordered the snowy jasmine milk tea it was absolutely delicious! The flavor of the tea was very rich and the drink was so refreshing.

The pecans were a delightful surprise as they were slightly sweet and tasted better than I expected. They paired very nicely with the whipped cream and balanced out the lower levels of sugar in the drink.

I chose 50% sugar however I think that’s a bit too low as there already isn’t much sugar in the drink. I would recommend around 70% or more.

As for parking, I would recommend you park in the Bellevue square mall parking garage or near the park as there isn’t a parking area at the shop. The walk to the shop from there is very short too.

Another thing to note- the place was incredibly crowded which caused service to be slow. Maybe it’s just because of the opening, but it was packed inside and outside the store.

I came on a Sunday at around 3pm and waited in line for around 20 minutes before I was able to place my order. After that, there were about 60 people ahead of me and I had to wait for around an hour and fifteen minutes for my one drink ( time after placing the order).

I don’t think this is the staff’s fault though, as they seemed to be going as fast as they could.
