R & B's Pizza Place — Restaurant in Bellevue

took a chance ordering here for the first time. absolutely NEVER again. I ordered via doordash at 6:30 order didn't arrive til 7:30. hoagie was made wrong. I ordered a half steak hoagie, extra meat with lettuce and tomato. a sopping wet italian dressing dripping "steak" hoagie was delivered with almost no steak visible on the sandwich. I mean the hoagie was DOUSED in italian and wet to the touch. there were even artichokes on the hoagie??? I called to complain and ask for it to be remade correctly. they offered a credit or to send another. I asked for another if it wouldn't take another hour. the woman raised her voice and said it's not them it's doordash. I said "you fulfill the orders!?" she screamed "it's doordash. we can't control" meaning they don't put those orders in the queue till whenever they want. and they don't even use doordash they use their own delivery drivers. the order showed it was still being made when their driver showed up. I have not received my refund like I asked. when she began yelling I hung up. if I don't get my refund from doordash I will charge back the amount on my credit card. see photo, the steak is a paper thin layer under the cheese. not extra meat in the slightest. Don't waste your money make the trip and go downtown to R and B's on Smithfield St. I had ordered from there for 3 years and when I moved I was out of their delivery range and had to order from Bellevue. I WISH I MADE THE DRIVE DOWNTOWN. I was charged for the ranch I got on the side of my hoagie when they didn't even put ranch or blue cheese with my wings. Also I ordered a SMALL YINZ HOAGIE.. what was delivered was a large. I figured oh well I'm hungry and don't want to make a fuss over it I will eat the other half the next day. Anyone that has been to R and B's or has looked up their menu can see that the difference between a Yinz and Buffalo Chicken is no french fries. When I called and ask for a manager I spoke to a woman that was very rude. She told me that's how it comes and after I told her I didn't even want it as a large and now I'm stuck with a large version of the sub I DIDN'T WANT she told me to hold and the man who took my order got on the phone just to tell me he remembered exactly what I said and that it was my mistake. I have been ordering from this place for years. Today ordered online and ordered my same order. I received breaded wings instead of fresh. Called to report it as to I can not eat breading! I told the rude kid on the phone that my wings weren’t not what I ordered and he told me there’s nothing he can do told me there wouldn’t be a manager there until Monday.. and I wouldn’t be getting my food remade that he messed up. I talked so kind and respectful and was talk to like I wasn’t a paying customer. I asked could I have his name in order to tell the manager who I spoke to he told me no he would make a not. Argue what’s displayed on the website isn’t what that have to make which was mind blowing and that he was the only one in the store so I couldn’t talk to anyone else..
