Went in to an empty shop. One person in front of me . I order a frozen Mocha and they make a frozen latte. Took almost 20 minutes to make. Three employees, two customers 20 minutes. They put a frozen latte up and no claims it. I then ask if that's the mocha and they say no. It's sits there. Then they put up a frozen mocha and when I take it they tell me its not mine, it's the people who ordered after me. He then says, you can have the latte and we will make you a mocha. Why would I want a drink I didn't order than wait for the drink I did order. Then, if the people behind me order a mocha why would they get the one that's done and I have to wait. I even asked when they put the latte up and no one claimed if that was my mocha. They didn't even care enough to realize it was the wrong drink. Worse part, the guy who told me I could have the latte and wait for my mocha turned around and walked away before I could say anything. I walked out and they didn't even try and help. Terrible service with three employees who clearly don't give a damn what their doing. I'm out $5.50 because I don't want to wait over 30 minutes for one drink while they make everyone else's. Again, why would I want a drink I didn't order. And, why couldn't I take the mocha they prepared for the guy behind me. Truly doubt I'll get my money back or hear...

Service is super super quick, so if you're in a hurry, something like a latte will be ready for you in less than 2 minutes (assuming no line.) It's been perfect for my schedule. I personally enjoy their flavored lattes, of which they have a bunch listed out by the counter. They also have seasonal lattes. Right now it's October, so they have pumpkin spice lattes, eggnogg lattes, and the likes. Those are pretty great ;) and pricing is cheaper than Starbucks for a Venti!
The bubble tea isn't top tier (you really only get the GOOD stuff in those specialized boba shop) but for a coffee shop, hecc yeah, it's decent. (My favorite is the mango and honeydew.) The tapioca pearls are also prepared pretty well!
There's also a lot of space to sit down too, so if you want to study, there's definitely room. Parking is plentiful because you can park out front or alongside the adjacent apartment complex.
Either way, come here for good coffee for...
Read moreI would love to give this place a higher rating, as the coffee is good and it looks like a nice place. However, there is a ghost in the form of a crazy homeless lady who comes by almost every day, parks her shopping cart of nightmares right out front, and SCREAMS profanity for hours on end. This has been going on for months, and she seems fixated on visiting this spot, even though she sleeps somewhere else.
As you might expect, this tends to scare away customers. I live across the street and get to enjoy this every single morning (before 7AM today), and have seen people about-face and walk away, or cross the street to avoid her.
I wish I had a good solution, but filing a police report for noise violations and aggressive behavior EVERY DAY is about all I...
