Bubble Planet in Bellevue is definitely a unique spot. They took the old Toys “R” Us building and transformed it into a creative, immersive experience with different themed rooms. Each space was well done and surprisingly fun — not just for kids, but for adults too. That said, there were a couple of things I didn’t love. The only restrooms are located in the middle of the facility. From the entrance, you need a ticket to even access them, and once you’ve finished your visit, you have to go back through all the rooms again just to reach the bathrooms and concession area. Speaking of concessions — we bought two drinks at the end because we were thirsty, but they wouldn’t let us leave the building with them. We had to stand there and finish them before exiting, which felt poorly thought out and a bit frustrating. Paying seven dollars for a parking in Toys “R” Us parking lot. I thought that was gouging for a birthday party if you bring 20 people and roughly 40 bucks per person , it’s $800 , to have to squeeze out even more, by charging somebody for parking that’s part of the building and property that’s overdoing it. There’s free parking on the side of the street for two hours. Use those Overall though, I’d still recommend it. At about $40 per adult, I thought it was worth it for the experience, and the kids absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for something fun and different to do in Bellevue, Bubble Planet is worth a visit

The kids I went with generally had a good time in the pink balloon room and the giant ball pool, BUT: this place is DISGUSTING. it's carpeted throughout the building and you can tell zero percent of the carpet has ever seen a cleaner. It's so nasty everywhere you look. The giant pink balloon room is also terrifyingly gross. Many of the balloons are splattered with dried who knows what, and the ever-changing lights make it look brown, which maybe it is.... It's so gross. One of the workers that was putting rogue balloons back in the room was wearing gloves... Smart. There are a lot of hand sanitizer stations throughout the building, but only three of them had sanitizer in them. The giant ball pool literally has a giant guy... In a pool of balls. Cool, but what is happening? Why are children "swimming" with a giant naked guy?! The food they offer are miniature bags of chips and candy bars, don't expect to have lunch here. The music playing throughout is incredibly creepy, adding a more creepy vibe to an already very unsettling place. The photo op area in the "snack bar" was mostly closed off and what was open was.... Disgusting and with broken pieces. My son is obsessed with rubber ducks and wouldn't go in the duck bath for a photo because he said it smelled so awful. The two stars are for the friendly staff inside the building. They deserve better 😆

hey everyone! This place was so fun and totally worth checking out. I’ll get into the details, but first shoutout to the amazing staff! My grandma only had cash on her, and since parking is card only, they gave us a free parking ticket and were super kind about it. Tickets are also card only, but the staff helped us figure it out, got us seated, and even went to the gift shop to give us back the cash they owed. Seriously, they went above and beyond. Some tips: Wednesdays are cheaper definitely the best day to go! Photos are free, which is rare (usually you need VIP). The VR experience is $5 if you don’t have VIP. Now for the experience itself: It was a blast! A little short, but compared to something like the Museum of Illusions, this one wins by a mile—especially if you take your time in each room. We spent about 40 minutes there. There are around 9–13 rooms including: A bubble room A giant ball pit Snack area Gift shop (alot more but this is what I can tell u) (You can check out some photos below!) Price-wise: We went on a Wednesday and paid around $70 for 3 people (2 adults, 1 senior). Normally, tickets are $30–$37 each, but with senior, student, and military discounts, we got ours for about $20–$30 each.

The establishment was subpar. Walking in you can’t tell what it’s going to be like so you’re waiting to be pleasantly surprised because of the way it was advertised. But once you get in to the first big area attraction(the balloon room) you find that is smaller than advertised and the room isn’t filled with balloons and the flooring is stained and there is no one in there really monitoring what’s going on. So if balloons are popped no one is replacing them so you can imagine 30 kids/adults in a small room with balloons and once those 30 go through there is about 75%of the balloons still in there for the next group of people and it continues like that till the end of the night because as I said before they aren’t replacing things that get broken as people fluctuate in and out. So the experience is kinda mediocre because this continues throughout each room. In almost every room we went into things were either broken or dirty or not working and the workers in there were not worried about fixing anything. They also don’t let you know if some of the exhibits are closed or shut down before you enter so you miss out on some of the exhibitions and I think that’s unfortunate and not fair to the kids or the parents paying all the money to get in there. Because it is extremely EXPENSIVE! For my husband, my daughter and I, it was over $100 dollars and that wasn’t even including extras or VIP! So for 45 mins, which is how long it took to get through everything because they are rushing you to leave the heavily populated areas so more people can come in, it takes about 35-45 mins to go through the whole thing. In my experience I would not have paid that much money for what we experienced today. I was under the assumption it was going to be a lot more to do and it was going to be a lot better managed and it was definitely not worth the time or money considering we drove two and a half hours to go through the bubble planet exhibition. I would not recommend wasting your money on this. I was hoping this was going to be as amazing as it was hyped up to be and yet I was drastically disappointed. I will say that the ball pit room was the best part but your only allowed 10mins in there before they tell you to move on to the next room. We also liked the hanging light room, but you literally just walk through it and that’s it. At the end they have a VR experience but you have to pay and we waited in line for about 40mins because it wasn’t properly planned or managed do to so may VIP tickets and groups taking up majority of the queue. There was no balance and the flow of people going and coming out was chaotic. Everything else was mediocre at best. This establishment could use a revamping from the parking lot to the inside and better management. The last two times we came here there was trash out side from dirty diapers to food containers and other trash strewn about the parking lot. That was our last visit and we won’t be...

Bubble Planet was tons of fun!!! We would definitely do this again. It was so worth it. So many photo opportunities, I’m so glad that I went at an earlier time than what I would normally schedule something like this for. Normally I would go around 3 pm because I’m not a morning person (and I’m lazy lol) but we had another experience (The Big Bounce) scheduled at 3 pm so we went at noon and it was perfect, no line, not even that many people in there.

We were probably the first few people in the experience, it was awesome!!! I recommend going earlier if you want to avoid long lines or dealing with large crowds. This might work for families with younger children or people who deal with anxiety or just want to avoid large crowds. We were able to go through each experience leisurely and not have people behind us waiting or crowded around us. It was so nice!

We bought VIP passes just in case which would’ve come in handy had we been stuck at a busy time, thankfully we weren’t. VIP passes allow you to skip past long lines, and get you the VR experience and a free poster at the gift shop. You get to choose from 4 different posters in the gift shop. The VR thing lasts 10 minutes and you get to sit in some super relaxing dangly chairs.

I cannot stress enough how much fun, how engaging, how awesome Bubble Planet was. For me, it was such a relaxing, stress-free, I could’ve stayed there all day and hung out type of experience, which is really saying something. My husband had so much fun, he was like a big kid, I saw him enjoying himself and laughing so much. He was in a bubble pit, he did the VR experience, he did every single part of the experience which was shocking to me, his favorite were the string lights. My son had huge smiles and you absolutely made his entire day. He had a special day with us thanks to Bubble Planet.

Thank you Bubble Planet for making our day wonderful, special, and helping us create these memories. We took funny, goofy, silly, amazing, videos and pictures and even bought one at the end at the gift shop, we will be back,...

Fever has not treated me like a customer they care about. I bought tickets online, had my child's ticket included added on a convenience fee where I can show up any time. I added parking as well. After payment it showed that I only paid for ONE ticket! It also said it charged me an additional $5.00 service or processing fee, pn top of the other fees. So I called right after getting a confirmation email of my ticket. I requested to add a ticket for my child without having an additional processing fee. The girl who answered would not help me and said she'd follow up by email. The email said they cannot add a ticket. I said, forget it, I want a refund then. I was buying this for my child, not to go by myself! The REFUSED TO REFUND and REFUSE to help! It feels like SCAM to me! They also said I get only a few hours to change my ticket or else I am just stuck with what I got. I sent an email requesting assistance. Days later I got an email that said they are putting my request on HOLD. WTH! WHYYYY??? Absolutely ridiculous! I reported them to the FTC. Next, I am going to report to the state Attorney General. They have BAD business practice. Then I saw a review here that someone else bought tickets and the place was not even open. I am supposed to attend tomorrow and hope I can add a ticket for my daughter at the door. I'm going to record my experience. My friend told me about this event, so maybe the experience will be fun, if it actually exists. We shall see. If I ever see an event hosted by FEVER - I WILL AVOID IT! I will NEVER ever do business with Fever. When I searched online, after i had difficulty with them I saw that this business has been listed as having a pattern of poor business practices. Look up...
