Best burgers in the PNW! When looking for the best burgers in all of the Pacific Northwest, no need to go anywhere else but Wibbley's! Not only are the staff super friendly and welcoming, but the hole-in-the-wall atmosphere will give you a sense of finding a diamond in the rough. The burgers are literally the best I've ever had in the States, as they hold up to the classic '50s diner-style, while at the same time, introducing their amazing gourmet creations, such as their Hawaiian Terriyaki burger, or their 'shroom burger. But the best part of all, is suprisingly not their burgers - it's their blackberry malts! Don't leave the restaurant with trying at least one of these! And with specialty beers on demand, you really don't need to eat anywhere else while in the greater Seattle area. While it's a bit of a drive from the home of Nirvana, it's well worth the trek just to get a taste of these sensational burgers!

The burger is solid. Not fancy, not over prepared, no secret sauce, no ridiculous toppings. Just a solid and filling standard issue burger. And there is not a damn thing wrong with that! The patty is flavorful and the buns held everything together with zero sogginess. That’s a must for a good burger! The fries are the star of the show. They’re thick and girthy. Skin-on. Some like it, some don’t. But it’s definitely healthier than skinless. They’re crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfect texture. A standard cheeseburger and a large fries will fill you up to 100 with some leftover fries to snack on in the car. It’s not a hall of famer as the In-N-Out double double. But I wouldn’t mind eating it every day on lunch break.

One of my favorite burger spots on the Eastside! Perfect size burgers, nicely toasted buns, and fantastic fries (crispy and salted, fluffy inside). The regular size fries are great for one person, large is more suited for 2 people to share. The sweet potato fries are waffle shaped and pretty good, but I'd recommend sticking with the regular fries. Plenty of free parking in a strip mall full of stores and restaurants. There are two small tables outside, but most people sit inside or grab takeout. Everytime I visit the staff is always friendly and professional. There's always a wait because everything is cooked to order and in the 10+ years of going here have never had a bad meal (never cold/soggy, always hot crispy and fresh).

This was pretty damn good. It gets 4 stars because it falls short in a few places that honestly prevent it from being gourmet. For context, the sandwich I got was "South of the Border":

The sandwich was assembled well and didn't fall apart. The sauce wasn't overbearing but it did fall into my fingers a couple times; not a big deal. A thicker sauce would be great here.

The spicy vegetables (jalapenos?) were sliced in a way that covered a lot of surface area which was great, and they were cooked enough to chew through cleanly without them falling out of the sandwich. However they were sticking out of the sandwich and it was fairly easy for them to fall out if they weren't managed.

The buns leave much to be desired. They were squished and they don't appear to be made in house.

The fries were better than most; in fact they tasted just like traditional English chips in the most ideal sense. They could have benefitted from a little more crunch or crisp on the edges but they weren't wet or sloppy from oil so there's no wrong done here.

I'm obviously splitting the thinnest of hairs here but it's so close to being a truly top tier burger joint that I just can't help but provide the feedback. The food and atmosphere were otherwise excellent and most people would think this place is the best they've had in a while.

So close, and yet...

I used to come to this store often, but I hadn't visited in a while and decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible.

I placed an order on their website in advance and arrived at the store about 5 minutes after receiving a text notification that my order was ready. However, when I got there, they couldn't find my order. The girl at the front desk searched for a long time but couldn't locate it.

A middle-aged man, who looked like a manager but dressed in regular clothes, said that someone with the same name as mine had taken my order and showed no concern whatsoever. I find this claim hilarious. My name is highly unique, and it's impossible for there to be a duplicate. Moreover, I arrived shortly after receiving the notification that my order was ready.

I could understand if they were too busy and overlooked my order, but using such a deceitful excuse to brush off a customer is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with how they handled this situation and the poor management. I will not...
