Cravings Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bellflower

I buy here casually. And I have had an incident once before with this place and ordering online, but now it happened again when I had my son order online. Ordered at 7:03 & said it'd be done by 723. Ok cool he calls and asks status since the progress hasn't moved. Someone tells him while ON SPEAKER that there was no order for him and said they only accept orders through GrubHub and Doordash and said he can try and order again on one of those 2 because there was no order showing on their end. I took my son and told the male at the register that he ordered something on CLOVER and was told nothing was showing, yet he was charged. Thr male was able to find it and said he'd print it out and have it made. Our order was finally done at 750. I am not at all happy with the service and the manager was there. He heard me and comments made. As a regular I will no longer support this place. The purpose of online ordering is to convenience the buyer and save time. Rather than having our order in 20 mins it took 50 and there were only 2 people ahead of us. Food is good always is, but...

My wife and I went to visit some friends out in bellflower. While we were hanging out, my fiends wife says “I want an ice cream !” And my friend responded saying “We should go to Cravings I’ve Cream down the street” I happily agreed and we ventured off in our electric scooters to Cravings.

I had never been there before, nor had my wife up until then. Our friend Yuri recommended my wife to get the same thing she did and she agreed.

I ordered an Horchata ice cream on a Churro Waffle. I know, it sounds crazy! CRAZY GOOD!

You need to try it for yourself and you will know, Cravings Ice Cream is probably the best modern Ice Cream parlor you could go to these days.

We used to love to come here every time we were in SoCal, but the last time we came, we were so disappointed. The hours listed are also incorrect. I believe weekdays they close at 8pm not 9. We came on a Saturday evening, the place was not busy at all and it took more than 30 minutes to make 2 churro shakes and a waffle sandwich...and the shakes looked nothing like the pics and tasted and looked like a melted vanilla shake with cinnamon sprinkled in and topped with a few pieces of churros. I wish I would've taken a pic, but didnt get a chance.

3 stars only because the first couple of times we came here were 5 stars, and this last time was a 1 star.

Will try one more time then next time we visit the area...hopefully our experience this last time was...
