I came here with a large group of friends for one drink before we went to the Wild Buffalo. I sat at the bar with a couple friends and ordered 4 cocktails and two beers for our group. The lady asked if I wanted to keep it open or close out. I closed out since we weren’t going to be there long and left a 20% tip. About 20 minutes later (not sure) we hadn’t gotten our drinks and things weren’t that busy behind the bar so I caught a guy behind the bars attention and asked about the drinks. He was SO rude! He said I couldn’t order 6 drinks if not everyone was sitting down. I explained to him that I had already paid and no one told me that when I placed the order. He was so rude. My group of friends were shocked. He then went to go speak with a manger while I waited for my refund. He had someone else come and offer us a table that had opened up but we were so ofender we just asked for the refund and left. We were up there celebrating my sister’s birthday. There were 12 of us. Randy and his team hosted our holiday party this year and they scored 10 out of 10! We had 50 attendee's and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The food was amazing, the service was on point and the holiday atmosphere they created was so comfortable. They went so far beyond this as well. They provided us with a buffet, at our request, which they don't typically do. They put two screens on for Thursday night football (so our crew wasn't looking at their phones all night), they put two TV's on a video loop of Western Solar pictures of 2024, they had the microphone set up for our speeches and they made coordination, communication and payment super easy and friendly.

The HOMERUN play - Randy took pictures and turned it into a video, played to music, of our evening at Juxt. He provided it to us at no additional charge, heck we didn't even know it was coming, and all of our friends, families and team members are very gratefuly. Well done team JUXT!
