McDonald's — Restaurant in Bellingham

The food is fine, but this store specifically seems to be severely, cripplingly understaffed. I work across the street on grave, don't have a car and often times this is the only place that's open around 10 PM to get a bite and a cup of coffee that has a walk in lobby, and I've often found myself waiting 20-30 minutes for just black coffee and a burger. I've tried ordering ahead of time, tried ordering less and easier foods, nothing works. Don't even think about paying with cash - I've equally watched plenty of people go to have someone to come take their order, wait 15 minutes with no one paying them any attention, and leaving. They've also started closing their lobby several hours early, which can be extremely frustrating if you have no option aside from walking in, and have already ordered your food on their app (speaking from personal experience, I've already bought two meals that I wasn't able to pickup because they closed their lobby without notice). Their customer service there is a appalling. I've never had a group of so many rude people be in a customer service industry all with bad attitudes all at once serve me food before. They don't follow any of McDonald's golden arches standards, and 50% of time you get your food there it's just thrown together and all messed up, all your onions ketchup mustard pickles onions everything will be on one side of the burger while other siDE is completely plain. They charge you for extra cheese the 90% of the time you never ever get it, if that's not enough the other half the time you can spend $25 on McDonald's and they forget two sometimes three last time I went there they forgot four of the items I paid for. Samish way McDonald's isn't much better. They have better customer service but worse food while this one has better food will horrible customer service. I've been a customer for SEVERAL years, through bad managers (Dan, Ignacio,Chester)and good (Ally, Eli) to the BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER: TRINA Bobina, banana nana fo fina, AND HER ENTIRE CREW!! I can truly say THIS about McDonalds these days: I'M GLOVIN' IT! Trina makes sweet muffin time extra saucey with her hot pies for my consuming urges! IT IS partially exciting and comparably pleasurable yet, sublime! Like a zen treat that defies my cornucopia AND my best friend mired in everyday compulsions which CAN make me feel awkwardly intrigued, and that helps me remember just how itchy my elbows AND knees used to get whenever I contemplated what it takes to make most people forget their chronic desire for a more common granola (trail mixes are not quality controlled and could be produced behind closed doors and you better begin that old timey gibber jabber until we all unite and start enjoying more sack lunches made with ambrosia soaked in...
