Wander Brewing has been a staple of my Bellingham brewery experiences since they first opened their doors. Watching them grow and evolve over the years has been nothing short of a joy, and they hold a special place in my heart.
My go-to beers here are the Shoe Toss and the Right Here Right Now—both are exemplary of the quality and creativity that Wander brings to their brews. Each visit is a reminder of why I fell in love with this place initially; the beer is consistently excellent, with new offerings that keep the menu exciting.
The brewery itself is a spacious, welcoming spot that’s surprisingly kid-friendly, which is great for parents. However, for those who, like my wife and I and our friends, are childfree, it’s worth noting that there are often kids around. This adds a lively, family-oriented vibe, which is part of its inclusive charm.
Wander Brewing isn’t just a brewery; it’s a community hub where everyone, from young families to craft beer aficionados, can find something to enjoy. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience.
If you’re in Bellingham and looking for a place that offers great beer, a friendly atmosphere, and a glimpse into a local business that’s grown right before the community’s eyes, Wander Brewing is...
Read moreIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After traveling across country over 2,500 miles one way in 3 days; my wife, dog, and I visited Wander. Although my wife and dog will drink whatever beer is available, I had the good fortune to sharpen my pallet in Germany for 6 + years, drinking great beer everyday in excess. We love Wander beer and the people who make it. From the Owner, Chad (Chet, Chaz, or something), to the head brewer Louis, these people know how to make a gosh dern beer. From Dog Lost Pilsner to the classic American style Litely, Louis and Co. get the job done. This is not your typical "Oh look at us and our hazy IPA and our beards and dogs and lumber" type of brewery. If you're into that, they'll deliver, but man, these guys sure are artists. It can get tiring in Bellingham with all the hippies and homeless, but Wander sure can bring you back down to earth with some dern good beer. I bought 100 tall boys of dog lost for the...

love the new (to me) lighting. the beer is good as always, the staff is busy and professional, and there’s always seating.
was pleased to see a couple GABF winning beers on the taplist and even more happy to be enjoying a brewski with my favorite guys (husband and two dogs) inside!!
Since Wander has opened there have been several other breweries in the area that have either vastly improved, or popped up. if you’re into beer — you should def check...
