I'm completely offended by the way I was treated when I called to let them know the bread on my 2 sandwiches were hard as a rock. I do not like to leave bad reviews and will always let a business know the issues over phone or in person first.I called next day an employee said they get their bread from haggens so its their fault and said they would call haggens to complain and then call me back. I wasn't looking for a free sandwich or $ back I wanted to let the owner know hey your bread was so hard I couldn't even cut through it with a serrated knife in hopes that would never be a problem again. I called today and the owner accused me of trying to get free sandwiches and said that the story sounds familiar that I've tried to get free sandwiches before. THE OWNER SAID THIS! I told her to keep her sandwiches and $ and that I was genuinely only calling to let them know so they wouldn't make the same mistake. The owner then claimed to be too busy to discuss it further. A business that misleads customers about making all their food from scratch including fresh baked bread every morning but the reality is they go buy it from haggens. A business that refuses to take responsibility for their mistake and puts blame entirely on another business and the customers. Literally 5 days before this mess of an order i had bought my usual French dip extra meat and cheese and for the 1st time the turkey bacon avocado, they both were delicious and we were so impressed with the turkey bacon avocado we ordered 2 of them this time. I can honestly say that I've never been more offended in my entire 53 years of life.

The food was really good. Messy to eat, but good. I got the Garden stack and added chicken. Came out to like 16 bucks. (12.95 for sandwich, 3 bucks for chicken. It came with ZUCCHINI, EGGPLANT, MUSHROOM, ONION, TOMATO, RED & GREEN BELL PEPPER GRILLED TOGETHER WITH OUR SPECIAL SEASONING UNDER MELTED SWISS AND PROVOLONE SERVED WITH MAYO ON A TOASTED HOAGIE. (Sorry about the capitalization, I just copied and pasted from the website). The options vary from a Reuben to a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The cheese was gooey and the overall grilled veggies were exactly what I like. The 4 stars to service was regarding to the fact you have to ask the counter for napkins and then they only hand you one for each person in your group. Had to go back like 3 times to get napkins each time one was used up. As far as the atmosphere goes, it is a cute little beach shop looking building. The only issues are the chairs are a bit uncomfortable and the parking lot is small. Parking is very limited during busy times, and kind of snug. Cutie Critics official rating is 4 stars since I haven’t tried the whole menu, but it seems like between the grilled sandwiches, wraps, soups, and beers/ciders, this is a good place to eat. . Good for a sandwich craving.

2001 Sandwich Odyssey is a great spot for lunch! Living in the lettered streets makes it easy to make this place a habit for lunch. Online ordering my makes it a breeze for being able to run over and pick something up midday. The food is always rich and delicious. I’ve had a few different sandwiches and wraps from here and it’s always full of cheesy, saucy goodness. While sandwiches might make you think of a healthy option, they really pack on the ingredients. I’ve learned that even when ordering something that sounds like a healthy option, that idea is misguided. Which is okay, but better to know that going in! You’ll always be left feeling satisfied and full. Plenty of food for the price! Fun specials, great ingredients!

Gross. Bland. Absolutely terrible. I got their veggie sandwich which was the most bland thing I’ve ever eaten, it mostly just had iceberg lettuce and mayo in it. It was suppose to come with tomato but for whatever reason didn’t have any in it, and since that was one of a couple veggies it came with it seems pretty important to get the tomato in there. even if it had tomato I doubt it would have been much better, it actually made my stomach a little sick from how grossly bland it was, just mayo and iceberg lettuce. Also, why use provolone to add to an already bland tasting sandwich. I’m tired of places offering veggie options that are absolutely terrible. Just don’t offer veggie options if you can’t figure out how to make something decent without meat, that way people don’t...
