I was waiting in line for multiple minutes when a large group of 20+ high schoolers cut in front of me, blocking my car from reaching the window, when I finally got out of my car, the owner who was working inside did not apologize did not ask the kids to move, instead she made me feel like the problem and rushed me away and focused on the kids who continuously cut in front of me and were still blocking my car in, I might give them another chance if it wasn’t the owner who did that but that treatment from an owner makes me realize their priority is solely money they don’t care about...

Cool beans will forever be my go to stand in Bellingham, all locations are great. They are efficient, and have the best coffee and lotus's around, it is always good, and they roast the beans in the stands. I appreciate that they use a lot of monin syrup instead of davincci. The staff is always so nice and sweet no matter who is working. The bagels are always good and toasted to perfection. And the prices are some of the best around, especially for the quality. Had an older rewards punch card that I found in my wallet, which had the older value of $4, the barista informed me they have since changed the punch card and the value for the free coffee, and kindly gave me the larger value!
