McDonald's — Restaurant in Belmont

I drove through the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes. I ordered a number 2 which is the quarter pounder meal and additional cheeseburger both sandwiches with no pickles. When I got the food I drove off as normal and begin to unravel my food and I noticed there was no cheese on the burger but I did have a handful of onions so I took the burger back and I'll wait inside at the counter I didn't wait in line but I was at the counter for at least a real good 12 minutes then someone asked me did I need help I told them what had just took place and I gave them my receipt Highway additional 5 minutes maybe 10 at this point I'm frustrated and the lady gave me another sandwich so I took the sandwich which I thought was a cheeseburger with no pickles which I had ordered I walk to my car unlock the door inside open the sandwich and a handful of onions now I'm upset because it's wasting my time I have some other things that I have to do so I went back inside and I Milly walk straight to the front counter and ask for a manager I told the lady what had occurred so of course I had to wait again until they remade the sandwich and make it properly all I wanted was a cheeseburger with no pickles fresh.... the staff that I saw there today a lot of people had on headphones looking like they were the boss so I was confused but at this particular McDonald I don't recommend you go to there's way too many young people that likes to conversate. I normally don't complain but today this particular McDonald's...

Who is the manager of this location? Stopped in today for fries and a drink. Was there over an hour. Told the employees a few times the ladies room is out of soap. NOBODY checked the whole hour & half I was there. Manager sat with an employee. Employee sat with her feet UP ON THE TABLE! The dining room was disgusting. Tables dirty. Several people came inside from drive thru because their order was wrong. I paid for a medium iced coffee. Received a small. "The medium sizes are smaller now!" Not according to the label on the side of the cups! This place is taking a huge dumpster dive! And I'm positive the employees are not washing their hands after using the restrooms KNOWING the women's room was out of soap! Disgusting! I've had my last visit here. Will now stop in Clover. At least that place is attentive and clean! The manager should keep a closer eye on the employees. I think they're giving food away to their friends. I saw 2 young men come in and out several times, always left with food. Seemed pretty quick considering I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffees & fries. Doesn't matter if you email them and give info, they don't bother to get back with you....

Started with ordering for my wife and I at the drive-through, and we didn't get the price or the order information at the order menu location. Figured okay not a big deal.

Get up to pay without an issue and wasn't given a receipt. Figured we'll okay don't really need one.

Went to the second window and recieved our order and they gave us 2 chocolate milks when we ordered 2 chocolate medium shakes. I mentioned to them we will pay the extra amount for the 2 chocolate medium shakes. I figured it's Sunday and people make mistakes, not a bug deal.

Told us to move to the third window and 5 minutes later we recieved 2 SMALL chocolate shakes half mixed... at this point I was getting annoyed but then figured again, someone is having a bad day it is what it is.

We got home to start eating and notice they charged us for a double quarter pounder deluxe (which I did ordered) but received a FREEZING COLD single quarter pounder..... that's 4 mistakes probably from 4 different people.

Go down the street and order from Arby's ot Wendy's, way better service and the food is...
