Service was extremely slow, and I can't emphasize slow enough. They didn't have the new sandwiches that have been advertised lately on TV. My wife asked if she could get the Mozzarella Chicken sandwich with grilled instead of breaded chicken. They said "No". So she ordered the other sandwich that had grilled chicken. Most fast food places will substitute, but not here. For the drinks I ordered root beer. More than 10 minutes later I was told they were out of root beer. When we finally got our meals, there were 2 rather puny chick strips an the sandwiches placed right out to the edges of the bun so that it looked like more, but I had almost as many bites of the sandwich with no chicken as i had with chicken. At least they didn't skimp on the cheese. Next time we have the urge for DQ we won't be stopping at this one. They weren't always this bad, but tonight's dining experience was...

I would give this a 0 star if that was an option. First we tried the drive thru. No greeting went off, So then my friend asked if she could ordered, no responses. We then went to the window and no one was there. Then we finally parked and went into the store. The girl walked up to the register and did not greet us or say she could help us so finally we asked if she could. She yawned and said yea. She took our order kept yawning, never smiled and acting like she wanted to help us. The other lady behind the counter making the drinks had her shirt tied in the back with her lower back exposed and her tight yoga pants on that said flawless. Very unprofessional. I was going to order myself but will not order at places where people are rude and don't want...
