Well, ordered 3 combos consisting of 2 double-beef'n cheddar sandwiches and a chicken-bacon-swiss sandwich w/o tomato. Problem was they "mixed-up" or "confused" my order with another. I was given my drinks when I paid at the drive-thru window, but I didn't get my sandwiches and fries brought out to me until about 27+ minutes later. Nobody came out to tell me there was a mix-up -- I had to call the store from outside where they had me pull forward to end of sidewalk, and where I watched 8 other vehicles behind me get their orders and leave before my food was brought out to me. By then, the drinks were watered down.
On the positive side, I was delightfully pleased that my chicken sandwich was perfectly made as ordered and was so delicious. The fries were fresh too. I got a thumbs-up and a smile from the eater of 1 of the other sandwiches, so I believe it hit the spot.

We went here for dinner there was a couple of cars in the drive thru, no one in the lobby, stood there for 10 minutes, one girl asked if she could take the counter because others had walked in behind us, I'm guessing manager said no drive thru comes first and we were ignored one person in the back slowly moving food around, manager standing by fryer asking a lot of questions and commands to the one girl that was trying to help but was doing NOTHING to help, still can't figure out why they were acting like they were so busy as to they couldn't help lobby customers, 10.minutes had went by, my daughter suggested Cane's across the street so we went there a few minutes later the customers behind us also showed up at Cane's. Cane's had a full parking lot, at least 5 cars in drive thru and we ordered and had our meals in less time than we stood waiting to be helped at Arby's. Read moreWe went to Arby's this evening at 5:30pm with 0 cars in line. We waited for about 5 minutes before the associate asked us to pull forward. We told them there aren't any cars in line why would we need to pull forward it should almost be ready. The manager then came to the window and said it was their policy to have us move forward even if there aren't any cars in line because it messes with our numbers. When I said I would rather wait and can pull forward if another car gets in line the associate then handed me a receipt and said you can leave and refunded our $30 order. At that point I just thought it was ridiculous the staff was being so rude and understood why there weren't any customers there at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. Needless to say we will not be returning to Arby's again. Terrible service.
