A year or so ago, I went there a couple times. Once I tried to order a Beef & Cheddar combo meal and was told they were out of roast beef. That would be like going to McDonald's, ordering a Quarter Pounder with cheese , and being told they're out of hamburger. Arby's built their business on roast beef sandwiches, and to be out of their staple meat is inexcusable! Another time I ordered the same thing, with Coke to drink, and was told they were out of Coke. I didn't go back for a year, then decided to try them again. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, easy on the lettuce, and an unsweet tea with extra ice. After they took my money at the drive thru, they told me to pull into the parking lot, the fish sandwiches would take 5 minutes to prepare. If I'd known that before I paid, I would have ordered something else or gone elsewhere. After 20 minutes I still hadn't received my order, so I called into the store and asked if I'd be getting it anytime soon. They brought it out to me, and the sandwiches were loaded with lettuce and the tea had the normal amount of ice in it. I did their survey and heard nothing from them.
The only reason the Belton store is getting one star is because I couldn't give it a negative star rating. The Belton, TX store is the only one I've ever had any negative experiences with, and the only time I'd recommend them is if I hated the guts of the person and was trying to get revenge over something. Arby's Corporation, don't let this location destroy your reputation any...
Read moreMy mom, brother, and I were staying at a hotel near by and it was late so we looked at near by places to get some fast and easy dinner to go. Upon going through the drive through my mom asked for what my bother wanted and they told us their fryer was down so we couldn't have fries. My mom was ok with that and asked for her meal and a shake. She got told their shake machine was down too. She told me ok weird but ok, and then told them my order only for the lady to ask us to hold on. She walked away and we heard her mumbling to someone. She came back and said that their kitchen was down and that all they could serve was whatever leftovers they had and they could microwave it to warm it up for us.
Needless to say we went elsewhere. I can understand that things break and they can't do much about it. Both my parents were in the military when I was young so we moved a lot. We stayed in hotels and ate at to go places fairly often so I can understand their struggles, but this place was just horrible.
There was a Whataburger near by and we got food there, and it was honestly a great friendly, and fast place. We got in ordered our food to go and everything was given to us within a 5...
Read moreThis was THE WORST fast food experience. It was an hour before closing on a weekend and before we could order the drive thru attendant advised that they were out of roast beef and turkey, which is absolutely insane considering they are a roast beef restaurant. We ordered something else, including an Apple turnover. The response was that they were out of turnovers. The staff had a terrible attitude from the very beginning and the tone of his voice made it abundantly clear he did not want to be at work. Turns out he was the “night manager”. When my husband called him out on his attitude it turned into a rage response. This employee was literally yelling at us. It was ridiculous and an embarrassment to the owner of that location. We asked for a refund because at this point we no longer wanted to do business with this establishment and were genuinely concerned what that employee might do to our food. Interestingly, we noticed that the parking lot was completely empty every time we drove by the rest of the weekend while we were in town. Would NOT recommend this location, but I suspect they won’t stay in business with employees that...
