The assistant manager working this evening has to be the most unprofessional rude individual I've ever come across. Not only did he refuse to take my take order without even asking what I wanted to order bc as he stated "pick up ends in 18 minutes and it'll take 20 minutes to cook your order" but when I said okay I guess delivery is fine...he put me in hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I called back and he hung up on me not once not twice but three times!! A sweet girl answered the phone and explained she couldn't give me his name per policy and that he's not a manger he's an assistant manager. I called back again and he answered. I said why did you refuse to take my order and put me on hold and hang up on me. He claimed I yelled and cussed at him. I can assure I absolutely DID NOT tell or cuss at this man. when I told him he was a liar and I had every call recorded I would try my hardest to see he loses his job and he responded with "I hope it costs you your life" .... Are you kidding me?!? This is the person you want to represent your business?!? I left my name and number with the lady and also sent an email to corporate. I am so completely disgusted by this obviously miserable person. If you hate your job so much....go find another one. The only thing I did wrong was trying to order a sandwich from this place. I will never give another cent to this place and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this as well. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePizza is always good. I rarely have any issues with my order and the drivers are always pleasant to interact with. But, God forbid you ever need to call the store with any questions or concerns about your order, you better prepare yourself, hydrate, eat a pre-pizza snack, find a cozy couch, maybe start an entire new Netflix series...whatever you can do to bear the burden of being on hold, because itās going to be a looooooooong time. Iāve been on hold for over 30 minutes on more than one occasion. I simply cannot understand how a place of business that sells food can have the audacity to let their phones ring and ring and ring and be content with not answering. Nothing is more frustrating that placing an order, needing to speak with someone at the store soon after to modify or confirm the order, and have to be on hold for 40 minutes wondering and waiting if this store even has humans working in house. Please for the love of all that is holy about pizza, staff your store better so that customers can be actually serviced by a representative of the store! Or get the manager a freaking headset so he can run the store and take the calls. Find a solution to the āon-holdā time and youāll have five...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a 2 pizza's both with the same sauce. One you could taste the sauce the other clearly had no sauce on it. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one answered. So I drove up there and waited 15 minutes before I got helped and when I told one employee about it he said that he could see sauce on the pizza and that it bakes in the cheese. I said there was no sauce bit he wanted to argue there was, so instead of continuing to argue I asked for them to remake the pizza with a different sauce. He didn't apologize or offer a coupon for next time, dessert, nothing. Then another employee asked if I had been helped I told him what happened and what the last person said and he told me to calm down, and he put his finger up to his mouth to tell me to be quite. I'm sorry but that is not how you treat a customer and he is lucky I did not go off on him for that reaction. I waited over 30 minutes for them to remake my pizza, because they were to busy talking about power rangers, mean while my other pizza was at home getting cold. If you want customers to keep coming back you apologize and offer something and don't argue with them. I believe we will be going somewhere...
