Not the best location by far. I dealt with merriam as my cashier who also said her and another girl was the manager. I had an Uber order to pick up as well as my own mobile order. I checked my food which was suppose to be bogo 6 piece wings well I only had 6 and I had an order of 4 piece strips i didnt order. Called, guy said ok he would correct it and everything seemed coo. Got back to the store after delivering the Uber order and the cashier, Merriam, tells the other workers that she gave me 12 wings and shows a big box she demonstrates that she put it in. So go get the smaller box of the actual six wings and show her that she is lying about the box she gave me and the count. Now another so called manager comes over and is not saying much but adhering to what the worker is sayin then ask me do i want the other wings and i said i want whats in the receipt. Then I ask them both why lie aboit it though. Why lie and say you gave me the big box with 12 wings that were 2 different flavors when I brought in small box that is clearly 1 flavor? They just got quiet and didnt say anything. She did ask me if i want the other wings i did recieve made oger fresh but i told her no i dont have time I had another uber ride to do so I couldn't wait for the another. I go outside and the Uber ride request is now gone and I missed on it on money with this crazy situation. So I go back in to have them made fresh now and while im waiting i see the cook on the phone and workers playing. When my wings are made they look terrible, smaller and deformed. I go out and get the other wings and request a refund. They tell me they cant because it was a mobile order and I will have to contact popeys themselves. So I will be contacting. This was the a bad experience and these workers should not be trying to tell lies like this to cover...
Read moreLet me start off by saying they only have 2 stars because the food is always fresh. Other than that they have zeros across the board. I’ve ordered several times from this Popeyes and not once or twice but every time something is wrong with my food. It’s like they neglect the customers wants and do what they want. The service isn’t good either. I walked in one time after a mobile order that was incorrect. I watch 3-4 people walk past me and say not a word. I wasn’t right there with a stank look on my face , I had a smile on my face just waiting to be serviced. No one said anything. So I waited for about 3-4 mins as they made jokes with each other and handled others. Being patient . Finally someone speaks to me and said what’s wrong. I told them . No apology, no have a great day . Just sat my food on the counter top and walked away. I was missing sauce and my drinks. Get it together .
I always order extra truff sauce because they only give you a scoop for $1.Why so skeet with the sauce !? I went to a different Popeyes that lil cup was filled to the brim ! When she came to the window with a new total she states in a seemingly annoyed tone "for future you need to tell us if you have a coupon". We then pay and request ketchup. Without acknowledgement or eye contact the Worker hands us the ketchup. We then ask for our receipt which was not offered to us. Again no eye contact or acknowledgement. We say thank you and yet again no thanks or farewells just a window closed before we drive off.
When did we loose "thank you" "your welcome" "have a nice day" or even a smile and friendly face? Literally any semblance of commen decency when you are taking my business. Despite attempts for my husband to be polite, we get treated like dirt for only trying to use a coupon. I'd like to clarify that we weren't rude in the slightest we said "okay, I'm sorry we didn't know" and "thank you"
