Casey's — Restaurant in Belvidere Township

I stop into my regular Casey store in belvidere IL. I stop there almost every day. I buy my gas and drinks and sometimes pizza. Today I came in to get me diet coke. The pop machine was out I ask if it could be changed. The casher whet in the back comes out a few mins dose not say anything. I try it still out wrong. so I waited awhile she rings up more customer. My wife ask why I was waiting I said I was wait for her to change it. Then she spoke up and said she couldn't it was stuck. Knowing I was waiting for it and I was there before the other customer were there and she walk right by me and could not tell me. What to say ordered 2 pizzas exactly 1 week ago to the tee on saturday. 1 pizza was correct 1 pizza was completely wrong. Staff doesn’t seem to be trained well. Always line of costumers with one register being staffed. ( perhaps under staffed as well ) They are relentless for ID verification on tobacco/alcohol purchases ( even if clearly you are of age ) which is a good thing but can be redundant for frequent guests.
