Arby's — Restaurant in Bemidji

Usually we go through the drive up, but there was such a long line we decided to go in and get take-out. The young man at the register was so nice. He said he was new at working the till and had to ask for help entering something. He apologized but really didn't need to. Every employee we saw was very nice. I originally gave 5 stars for the food. I was so excited to get the Market Fresh chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, when we got home and started eating, my sister commented that the chicken tasted funny. The first thing I noticed was that the bread was dry. I ate half of the sandwich and found only one small apple piece. There might have been a small piece of grape,too. My sister and I love the Market Fresh chicken sandwich and usually get one every 2 weeks when I come to visit during the summer. I didn't touch the other half of my sandwich this time. i came by yesterday at 5pm and ordered 2 greek gyros, 6 piece mozzarella stick, and a vanilla shake and i asked for some extra sauce in the bag and they said nothing to me besides you can pull forward then in a really rude voice then when i got to the window my shake was just sitting there for over 5 minutes and i asked again for sauce and extra napkins and she once again said ok i get it again being rude then after 10 minute of waiting being to only person in the drivethru they finally gave me my order and the food was colder then it was outside and there were not even 1 napkin or sauce in the bag absouletly awful customer service there is no need to be rude to a customer just asking for some sauce i will definitely never...

Haven't been here in years because years ago I ordered a big roast beef and it came with just a few thin slices. I finally tried again and the employee can't even tell me what's on a smokehouse sandwich so I stepped out of line saying I'd look it up myself. I realize I had an irritated tone and just left because I don't want anyone serving me food who sees I'm not happy. I'm paranoid AF with people handling my food if things don't go 100% smoothly in their professional demeanor.
