Went here yesterday for HALLOWEEN to get pizza as a treat for my kiddos. I also didn't feel like cooking after working all day. I called to order and asked for two large and one medium. The woman told me it would be cheaper to order THREE large pizzas, so I did that. I get there and the guy hands me two large and ONE medium. I tried explaining to him that the lady on the phone told me it's cheaper to order three large, that they should have been three large, and I asked if I was charged differently between the sizes. He claimed it was all the same price. It was busy, he wasn't really listening, and acted like he just wanted to take the next person and get on with his night. I left because I was tired, and didn't feel like making a big deal out of it. I get home, and the pizza's were flat, dry, and looked like they had just been reheated instead of freshly made. The cheese was so dry and had no taste to it either. My kids LOVE pizza, and they didn't even want to touch any of these! They ate but we all knew this wasn't the best pizza. We are from Chicago and have NEVER had any issues with Dominos out there. We LOVE Dominos, and we feel like this one just didn't care or take their time to cook fresh, worthy pizza. I would hope they correct this issue for...
Read moreI would rate this a 5 but the current visit was not even close to sub-par. I am here as I "speak" I no sooner than walk in and one of the employees rudely says, "If you are trying to make an order, it's gonna be a wait!" When asked approximately how long, he snaps with "I honestly don't know! It could be anywhere from 15 to 45. So yeah."
I was willing to wait i was just curious on if i shoukd place the order and come back in a bit instead of waiting in the small "lobby". After waiting about 15 minutes in my truck, i came in just to check up on my order, and before i can say a word, "It is in the oven" with an even stronger attitude! I waited in the lobby until i got my order, and the entire time kept glaring at me with an irritated look and started talking under his breath.
I work in the food industry and I understand being stressed/pressured, but in a position where customer service is key, that is unacceptable. Props to the guy who took my order and maintained a cool demeanor with me (it says server 2274 on my reciept). But as for the guy with glasses, black hair and attitude that deserves a punch to the face, (who refused to give me his name) you need to...
Read moreNormally this Domino's was fantastic and the delivery to the BSU campus was always punctual and polite. That was until they charged me over $60 for an order that was never delivered. Due to an error by the Domino's team, my order was never brought to my residence, but I was charged for it anyway. I called the store that night and the staff was impolite and unwilling to resend the order as placed, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told to "Go F* yourself." Totally unacceptable.
Within the following days I spoke with the manager at the time, I believe Dana was his name. He was no help either, we spoke for over 20 minutes and he wouldn't budge that there was nothing he could do to make this right but he did agree that the employee's behavior was unacceptable and would be dealt with. Regardless, I was charged for a large order that never came and the management was unable to even send so much as a coupon or any sort of reimbursement for an error made by their unfriendly team.
If you're in the Bemidji area, stick with Green Mill, Pizza Hut or any of the local chains as this Domino's...
