McDonald's — Restaurant in Bemidji

The place was super clean and up to date. The kid that took our order maybe seemed new but super nice and asked for help when they needed too. I'm dissatisfied with the fact that I can't order a happy meal minus the items they dont sell before 11:30. I asked the manager just to sell me a happy meal at full price and not give me the nuggets and fries letting her know it's cheaper but she wouldn't. She still insisted on doing everything ala carte jacking up the price. I got three of the five items and paid $4.57 plus tax. I pay less than that (I don't see a non big kids meal over 3.50) and normally get five items. Is it that they literally can't put it through their system at that time? Super flawed. I would have been happier if they had a breakfast happy meal and thats saying a lot considering I can't stand ANY of the breakfast items. I feel like I'm being punished for being up...

Ordered curbside pick up. Waiting about 10 mins for food to come out. Cool, anticipated it'd be hot & fresh. Only got 2 of 3 drinks so checked the contents of bag. On top of missing the drink, half of the food was missing as well. Went inside to let them know... straight chaos. There was at least 10 people wandering around like they didn't know what they should be doing. I had to ask for the missing items 3x. It took over 20 mins. Pulled around to the lot to eat... everything was cold & soggy. I've worked fast food. This was entirely unacceptable. And only 1 employee had the where with all to try to hold everything together. 1 employee(with the cute nails & nice lashes) was running orders out, taking orders, and was kind and apologetic. Everyone else looked dazed & confused and had a "oh, thats too bad attitude" Terrible experience....

First of all, my granddaughter skipped and fell hard due to filthy, greasy floors. The two ladies behind the registers did not seem to care. Lack of training on the registers. The whole place is horribly neglected as far as cleaning goes. Shameful since they just remodeled recently. Too many young ppl no experience. Did not greet us. The kid's play area was filthy. The girl that came to wash a table for us, at my request, did two swipes and asked me if that looked ok. I asked her for the towel and whipped it myself. All takes dirty and hardly anyone there and at least 12 workers plus an employee meeting going on. No one cleaning! No medium loss for pop, no ketchup., and our tray had old food stuck to the bottom. DESPARATELY NEEDS A...
