Yesterday I called in an order to this location and when I arrived to pick it up the people behind the counter were having a hard time finding my order. One guy shouted from the back where he was looking at pizzas wondering if I had order a pizza with x, x, and x because they had one back there that was ready. I said no just x. The person behind the counter then went back and grabbed that exact pizza that the ingredients had just been said and brought it up front and said here it is I found it. I said are you sure this is a large x pizza? Because we all knew it had more than that as the person from the back had just opened the box and said it had x, x, and x. I took the pizza because at this point I have somewhere I need to go and I can deal with what is on this pizza. And had the staff there said "I'm so sorry we don't have what you order, but we have this one and it's close would you take it", that would have been fine too. But they knowingly tried to get me out of there with a pizza that we ALL KNEW was NOT what I had ordered and I am giving one star for the blatant disrespect. I love Perrotti's and this was a hard review to write, but I am not sure if I will be back after this. Two stars because the pizza was still okay, but not...
Read moreStaff member Justin was incredibly rude. I came in with my friends and as we sat down, I was trying to clear our table and I mistakenly threw away a seemingly old cup of soda and a used napkin that was left on our table. We were the only customers there, so I assumed that soda had belonged to a a previous customer that had left it there. An employee named Justin (white male, light eyes) saw me and yelled at us exclaiming we threw away his soda and that “we knew it was his” (we did not know, in fact, that was the first time I had seen him since I entered.)
He was loud, intimidating and had an aggressive tone. I felt attacked and unwelcomed, all because of an honest mistake. A reaction that strong was completely unnecessary and inappropriate, ESPECIALLY towards a paying customer. It really killed the mood and I wasn’t even able to finish my pizza.
Besides, he is an employee so he probably got that soda for free… but if that weren’t the case, he could’ve communicated it to me and I would have gladly payed him back or gotten him a new one.
I will not be coming back and I will certainly not recommend it to anybody. I strongly suggest training your employees in proper customer service and...
Read moreGo to Perrotti's!! When I first went to Perrotti's, I was doing a delivery for someone else and still at that time a bit unfamiliar with the area. But I took a pamphlet especially and I don't always take pamphlets but I did because I knew I had to come back. It's just something struck me about the atmosphere! It's like if you don't order something, you're going to! And one day I arrived on a different delivery and decided to order take out, and they even accommodated the bicycle I arrived on. They even say "who does that?" It's true. And if I can do deliveries all day and they're providing great food dishes and service and even consider what some of us who deliver have to go through, even to the telephone call for pick up, then then definitely earn this wish it could be more star review and another regular customer, but besides that, they've covered the bases so when customers fall, they catch them, and that's what really was impressive to me about my visit here. They not only have a business but they can...
