A Shopper's Paradise – My Comprehensive Experience at 'At Home'**
From the moment I stepped into 'At Home,' I was transported into a world of endless home décor possibilities. The store, renowned for its vast selection of merchandise, didn't disappoint. Here's my detailed review of what makes 'At Home' a go-to destination for home decorators and enthusiasts.

Competitive Pricing: One of the aspects I appreciate most about 'At Home' is its competitive pricing. You can find items that fit a wide range of budgets, from affordable knick-knacks to more luxurious, high-end pieces.
Quality vs. Price: While the quality varies across products, generally, you get good value for the price. The store offers durable and stylish items that don't break the bank.

Spacious and Well-Organized: The store's layout deserves special mention. Despite its vast inventory, 'At Home' manages to maintain a sense of order and accessibility. The sections are well-defined, making it easy to navigate through the plethora of options.
Seasonal Displays: What sets 'At Home' apart is its seasonal displays. Whether it's Christmas, Halloween, or Spring, the store transforms to reflect the season's spirit, offering specialized items that cater to every festive need.
Customer Service
Helpful, but Not Overbearing: The staff at 'At Home' strikes the right balance between being helpful and giving customers their space. They're available for assistance and guidance but don't hover, allowing for a relaxed shopping experience.

Read moreI would like to report the manager Elsa Picasio at the Fort Worth location. The extreme disrespect, rudeness and un professionalism that she displayed to me and my wife was unacceptable. She treated us like we were beneath her and we were trash. The looks she gave us, rolling her eyes and the smirks on her face when we tried to talk to her is unacceptable. The minute she saw me wanting to exchange an inflatable Christmas tree that we bought the night before that didn’t work, she immediately said no I’m not taking this, without asking any questions or anything else not even introducing herself. She automatically said nope I’m not taking this. I tried to explain to her exactly what happened, that we noticed the package was open and Maria, the sales associate told me nothing has ever been opened and told me that it was brand new. We told Maria that we wanted the box behind that one and she said no because she couldn’t reach it. We knew something was wrong with that package and we should have not accepted it but we feel that we were forced to because Maria said she couldn’t reach the other one and that she was going to give us that one. Maria and Elsa Picasio said my wife and I were lying and then she told us to get out of her store. She is extremely untrained, unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to tell her exactly what happened and she said “I’m not talking to you anymore I’m done talking get out of my store”. I understand that companies can’t find good help and they just need a body to fill the position but paying customer should not be treated this way, especially by untrained employees nonetheless a...
Read moreAin't what it used to be. Although the shelves are generally packed with merchandise, the variety and quality have really diminished in the past few years. Loss Prevention guy sticks out like a sore thumb and is EVERYWHERE, keeping an eye on customers and their carts. Employees are few and seem very busy, to the point that it was just easier to climb ladders myself for oddly high stock. Ironically, they robotically greet customers within X feet, as they pass by. Weirdly saw management snapping photos of displays to send up as proof of completed work. Checkout demands your every life detail for endless avenues of relentless marketing (which I politely declined FOUR separate times during the transaction to the awkwardly apologetic LONE cashier who kindly entered dummy data on the non-bypassable screens). I can almost quote the cringy in-store commercial that played every 5 mins to pester customers to spend to a certain...
