Update 12/28/21

So I went back and tried this place out a second time. The pizza was significantly better. And it was all the crust. It was crispy, but not tough. Huge improvement.

A big thank you to the GM who reached out to talk to me about my first experience. He assured me that if I came back I would have a better experience.

He was correct. Delish pizza and super nice people. I will be coming back here for my pies in the future.

Mixed feelings about the review I have to leave. On one hand, the lady that was behind the counter was so wonderful to talk to. Their customer service was top notch.

But sadly, the pizza was mediocre. I ordered a large pepperoni and a large pepperoni with mushrooms. The toppings were great, and the sauce is one of the best pizza sauces I've ever tasted.

But the crust. Wow the crust was just not good. It was so tough and chewy. And there was no flavor around the edges. The corner pieces were almost inedible.

If the crust were better, this could be a 5/5 review easily. But the crust is so important, and it just wasn't good.

I will try them again to see if it was just a bad...

Tonight was our first time experience I fratelli. We were honestly going to go to a chain fast food to get back home but just before we were going to leave I asked my son to go in to get their small menus to go. My son came back to the car and said, “I changed my mind let’s eat here instead.”He spoke with Chris and in just that moment he said he was really nice. So we walked in and ordered. Chris and his co-worker were very kind. The pizza was done in just 15 min or less. The positive comments on here are definitely aligned with my experience. When my son and I returned to the vehicle and said. “You know it was all about kindness.” Thank you Chris for the experience. My son and I very much enjoyed the pizza. In times like today, kindness means so much. Happy early Thanksgiving!...

After finishing my 21K (13 miles) Spartan Race, I was absolutely starving and craving a great pizza. I googled “best pizza in the area” and found i Fratelli. The reviews looked amazing, so I decided to give it a try, and wow, it did not disappoint! I ordered a half Big Brother and half Bianco, and from the moment I walked in, the service was fantastic. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited for my pizza. Now, about the pizza itself, this is hands down the best of the best I’ve had in Fort Worth.
