Hardy's Hotwings, Burgers & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bend

Hardy's is the complete package. They have the best hot wings in town with a great variety of sauces and flavors to suit everyone's taste buds. My favorites are the Garlic & Herb and Extra Hot (I like spicy). But if you can brave it get some of their Freaking Hot challenge wings, or just a side of the sauce to test your resolve. And make all your wings swimming!!! If you're not in the mood for wings their burgers are some of the best in town, and their veggie patties are delicious! Their sides are the perfect compliment to anything you decide to get, especially the fries and fried zucchini. Don't forget to wash it down with a milkshake! Hardy's uses fresh ice cream so check the flavors when you get there, and try MIXING flavors! You won't regret it.

Finally, one of the best parts about the restaurant is the staff. You will always have friendly people taking your order and helping you navigate the menu, and Hardy himself is always in the back making the delicious food (Peek in and thank him personally for it)!

Hardy's is a part of what makes Bend food culture what it is. If you haven't been there, go as soon as you can. You will be supporting a great restaurant, fabulous people on staff, and an owner who has worked his tail off to make Bend that much more special. We're happy to have this gem in town, and even more grateful for hard working small business owners.

I see some reviews on here complaining about prices and the quality of some items on the menu, so I felt compelled to write a review. The pictures I've attached are actual pictures of my daughter's and my meals. I can't speak on any other menu items, but these burgers were great. The patties are not huge, but they are totally fine. The quality of the burger, and the freshness of the the vegetables, and mushrooms were outstanding. The tots and fries were cooked to perfection, crispy, but not greasy. I think we paid around 15-18 dollars/each, but this came with what you see pictured, and unlimited drinks. To me this is not unreasonable at all considering what fast food places charge these days, most of the time that food is terrible. I happened to meet one of the owners by happenchance, and we chatted just briefly, and after ordering our food she told my daughter and me to pick out any milkshake on the menu and that it was on the house. I tried to refuse but she insisted. My daughter got a chocolate milkshake that was delicious.

We are not from Bend, but for now on, anytime we are in town, this will be a staple on our visit. A+ service, it's a mom and pop joint, and the no mask policy was just icing on the cake. Thank...

I would prefer not give this restaurant even one star for the pathetic service provided to me and my family today, but in order to post I was forced to give them one. It was not earned in the slightest. For starters, we called our order in a day ahead, knowing that it was Super Bowl Sunday, and they were likely to be quite busy. I arrived at the time they told my wife the order would be ready, only to find out that our order hadn't been started, and would be another 30 minutes, meaning I would not be home in time to see the start of the game. So much for planning ahead. 30 minutes of course turned into 45 minutes, with little consideration shown by the workers. Being in a hurry to return, since my family is now waiting to eat thanks to Hardy's poor service, I leave immediately, and discover when I get home that they only prepared half of our order. My wife calls to inform them of the mistake, and is told that it will be another 45 minutes before we can get the rest of our order. Over-priced to begin with, coupled with such a poor level of service, simply means that we will never make this...
