After the incident over a year ago, we have been ordering pizza from Pizza Paradise. Everything is fine as long as my wife orders it since I was the one that wrote the review I decided to call in the order this time. The guy on the phone took the order. This was about three weeks ago said it’ll be about a half an hour. I said to myself oh that’ll work so on the way I stopped got gas took my time was about a half an hour when I arrived, he says oh Leonard and I paid for the pizza and he said we’ll get that right out to you. I said oh wow I thought it would be ready to myself so I sit there 10 minutes past people are coming in picking up their online orders no problem with them half an hour past still sitting there and he walks by and says we’ll get that right out to you 42 minutes later I received one pizza that’s all I ordered you guys had your chance to redeem yourself on your customer service.
