I have been a long time customer of Chick-fil-A for nearly 20 years and I’m disappointed to see that their product degrades especially going more west. Starting an operation such as this is no simple matter but also there is extremely useful resources that corporate offers for operators to achieve a successful career as well as for the staff that work here. But since the opening of this restaurant in their large and growing business I have seen a significant loss of quality demonstrated at this location especially. Staff are not always helpful and seem to be going through the motions of their job. Ultimately after today’s visit it’s more evident that this is the case. Now occasionally over salted fries and maybe missing sauces isn’t the worst thing that’s going to happen but today it I was disappointed to see the results of what lack of quality and care was given when preparing food. The salad they placed on my spicy chicken sandwich was freckled with dead spots and the fries were not only over salted but old and abnormally over greasy. I hope this operator sees and shares this experience with their staff to ensure they understand they had a chance to have care and quality in what they serve and the brand they not only endorse but promote. Working in food service especially fast pace is extremely difficult and draining but I feel and see the pride of the staff are not very little to non-existent but ultimately there is a root problem. We don’t eat inside because sometimes the bathrooms are in such deplorable conditions that it’s just not worth the visit inside. I hope that this info is useful as a learning opportunity for the whole crew at this location and brings conversation to better the experience of...
Read moreI am currently traveling the country and doordashing on the side for some gas money, I was here to pick up a doordash order and simultaenously order breakfast for myself; something i have done in over 20 states. (Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Utah & Idaho just to name a few.)
I was brazenly informed by the brainless fool who claimed to be a manager that i was not allowed to purchase anything while picking up a doordash, when i informed her its standard practice and completely normal in every other state in the country, her brain malfunctioned and she only seemed capable of providing generic pre determined NPC responses as if she were some sort of robot.
Tl;dr refused to allow me to purchase food while doordashing, something every other chickfila does without hesitation anywhere else in the country.
Not only were the employees and manager extremely rude and unapolagetic. filled with insincerity hidden in their snide remarks, this was the worst chickfila experience of my entire life; and I say that as someone whose eaten cfa bkfast every day since i was a little boy. Absolutely insane experience and left an awful taste in my mouth leaving me to question if i can ever set foot in a chickfila again.
Thank you manager for literally ruining my entire chickfila experience, it had been outstanding for 30 solid years until you.
Negative 0 out of 5 stars.
Absolutely terrible experience, was treated like a criminal for wanting to purchase food. This is how you treat life long customers of faith? Shame.
Edit: to further add, i looked up to see if there was such a policy: spoiler alert,...
Read moreNot impressed. As an ex chick fil a worker, I understand how hard Saturday shifts can be. When we first walked in, I noticed a group of girls behind the counter just talking and leaning. With a long line of costumers, I would think the shift lead would jump in at the registers to help kill the line. When we ordered, I asked for a spicy deluxe sandwhich with no tomatoes but extra pickles. It seems she wasn’t actually listening and almost rung it up as a chick fil a deluxe with no pickles. I corrected her and she fixed it. She seemed very tired and not happy. I also noticed that someone was bagging orders and saucing them and I think the guy was also helping serving the food as well. Thought it was crazy that one guy was doing 3 jobs, and it definitely stunted the service time. But it was honestly disgusting in the restaurant. Trash was everywhere, the floors were dirty, and the tables were gross. After waiting a while for our food, we finally got served. The worker kept a not happy attitude. When we started our meal, we had noticed that we didn’t get any napkins or straws which was annoying. Someone came around and started compacting the trash cans and was doing it very aggressively, and was very loud. Kinda disturbing. The food was pretty good, but was hard to enjoy in the environment. I could tell this location was struggling, it was very sad to see them so understaffed. Every worker looked worn and tired. I expected better but I understand the hard labor these employees...
