I’d like to hope that someone from corporate reads these reviews as there is no way to contact from their website or app. Our store in Bend is always lacking stock, not just a little, but whole aisles mostly empty. Linens, blankets, dishes, holiday, cosmetics, clothing, office supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. What little stock they do have is a mess. This is the only Target for a 2 1/2 hour drive if you’re going west and even further going east. Bend is a large vibrant community of over 100k in the city limits alone. We also have a large population in our county and many outlying communities like Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, LaPine, Madras and it’s one of the fastest growing areas in the PNW with tourists who visit from all over. Today, they had nothing in stock out of the several items I came for. Any other Target that I have been to recently in Oregon or other states is not having this problem. Today I was told it was because Target corporate keeps cancelling their orders. I’ve been told they don’t have the stock and another time they just don’t have anyone to stock the shelves. Honestly, you are forcing people to look elsewhere or shop online because you can never count on this Target to have anything. Please send someone who can fix this store that serves central and...
Read moreI'm going to assume that no one from corporate has ever dropped by this store unexpectedly because it's a world class disaster. If you can actually find something your looking for in the aftermath of whatever tornado swept through, then count yourself lucky. 9 times out of 10 you'll have to refer to their website to get what you initially drove down Highway 97 for. What limited store stocking does take place happens when the store is open, usually in the mornings, leaving entire sections looking like FEMA relief endeavors. Broken down cardboard boxes, carts full of merchandise, people wandering around wondering what the heck is going on; it is mind blowing that management seems to support this type of effort. It creates a terrible experience where instead of feeling like a shopper I feel like an inconvenience to the employees who are trying to pile toiletries on to shelves. I moved here from a crappy town with a great Target and I feel like Bend, being a great town, should have a great Target. I really want to like this store, but it seems like it is on a down slide with no end in sight. In the meantime, I'm going to hang my head and...
Read more#1 I am very disappointed with this store because of the issue with my pick up order because I ordered 4 items (baseball mitt, boys boxers, boys undershirts, and boys pajamas) 4:30pm and received an email at 6:30 saying order was ready for pick up but some items were not available. Out of the 4 items only 1 (baseball mitt) was available. When I arrived 30 mins later I decided to look and FOUND all 3 items (boxers, undershirts, pjs) they said was not there. There was multiple of each item in the correct size. And its very frustrating considering I don't like having to take my child into the stores because of the coronavirus and that is why I place a lot of orders online. #2 I found a pair of snow boots for my daughter and there wasn't a price tag on them or a tag on shelf where I picked them up. After walking around the store I found an associate and when I asked she told me to go upfront. After standing in line for a long time I asked the cashier and she sent me to customer service where I had to wait in...
