My husband and I took our littles and my father to get some pizza today. We found this gem of a little place, it's so tiny but so lovely and quiet. Normally we would have gone to some major pizza chain but the smell coming from this little pizza place was so tempting and amazing. We go inside and it smells like delicious wood oven baked pizza in all its glory. The lady behind the counter was so nice and friendly that even my kids (who don't usually talk to anybody they don't know) were talking to her about my daughters soccer socks and games we had today. We were kind of in a hurry so after I ordered a large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 hawiian for my husband and kids and a small roasted garlic, chicken, and artichoke hearts for myself, which by a million miles was hands down the most delicious pizza I have ever had, she got them going and done in 20 minutes all by herself. I had forgot to get drinks before paying for the pizzas so she told me she wanted to get our food going to just grab the drinks and she would charge me for them after the pizzas were cooking. Which I thought was very honest and excepting of her considering so many people in my shoes might have taken advantage of that kind of kindness or she could have made my kids wait for something to drink after being in the sun for an hour and a half, but instead she understood and helped my kids out! Also my dad order a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was so huge when he got it he thought he had accidentally ordered 2, it also looked so yummy! So what I'm saying is the lady behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) made our experience at Raganelli's on top of the pizza just kickin!!!! The roasted garlic was so good I picked it all off and ate it all!!! Mmmmmmmm we will most defiantly return again and again, we will be driving from Eugene to get another roasted garlic, chicken, and artichoke heart pizza in the very near future!!! Thanks for the amazing pizza and for being such a great...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Raganelli's in Bend, Oregon, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The owner, Patty (short for Patrick), provided us with outstanding service that truly elevated our visit. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Patty is not only passionate about his restaurant but also a master of all things pizza.
Raganelli's is a delightful little pizza joint that also offers sandwiches, and it's clear that Patty has poured his heart and soul into this establishment since 2011. We were fortunate to strike up a wonderful conversation with him, and he generously shared his wealth of pizza knowledge and insider tips.
As for the food, I indulged in a slice of cheese and Canadian bacon pizza, while my companion enjoyed a bacon mushroom pizza. The crust on both pizzas was a revelation – deliciously crispy and flavorful. The sauce, a cornerstone of any great pizza, was truly magnificent, blending perfectly with the fresh ingredients.
What sets Raganelli's apart, though, is the outstanding service Patty delivers. His charisma and warm hospitality created an unforgettable dining experience. It's clear that he takes immense pride in his restaurant, and it radiates through every aspect of the meal.
In conclusion, Raganelli's is a must-visit in Bend, Oregon, for anyone seeking the finest in original Italian cuisine. Patty's dedication to his craft and his charming service make this establishment a hidden gem in the heart of Bend. I can't recommend it highly enough – five stars!

Read moreI'm really hate even having to write this review but here it goes. My boyfriend and I have been a regular customer for over 3 years. Always enjoy being able to come in a get a slice of pizza and a beer and get excellent customer service. However tonight was a different feeling. The young kid that helped us was very rude. We ordered our sandwich and got a Cesar salad but didn't want the Cesar dressing (he didn't offer any other dressing or anything). We were just about to get our anchor steam beers and the kid said :"I can't sell that you, we are both minors and don't have our OLCC license. But you can go to the liquor store and get it I don't know if they have it." So we ended up not dining in because of how he treated us. Our food was finally ready, we asked for some vinaigrette and he rudely tossed it at us. I don't know if he was having a bad day but that's not how you treat customers. If you can't sell alcohol make a sign to say what time you are able to. The kid could've said something different or just treated us better all around. The food was decent but definitely not what we are used to. When the owner is there it's great and a few other staff members are always welcoming and friendly. Just this one time left a bad taste...
