The service here was terrible. Your orders aren't processed as they come in. They have outrageous wait times!

Edit: Adding this edit as a reply, in hopes the "owner" see's this. When got to your establishment, I was told the order would be another 10 minutes...ok..a little inconvenient but but not a problem. Then when I return from my vehicle after 12 minutes had passed I was told it would be "just a few" more minutes because the order had just went into the oven. Thats when it starts to become a problem because the 10 minutes I was told it would be, actually was 5 minutes passed when I was supposed to pick up the order....But wait....I didnt get the order till 15 minutes passed the 10 minutes I was told it would be...I didnt yell at the staff nor berate them in anyway...I think waiting 30 minutes for a order is ridiculous and thats why the review was left. Maybe if doordash is too much for your establishment then you shouldn't be taking orders during peak times. Or you could just "Do better" to make sure orders are being processed in a timely fashion. If waiting 30 minutes for an order and being aggravated about it classifies as impatient then I guess I'm...

To start, I’m a sauce guy and that sauce was one of the best marinaras I’ve ever had. You could taste the Italian heritage and history. I wish I could jar it and take it home.

Secondly, I love when business owners prosper and hire staff to get some well deserved time off, but let’s be honest… when the chef or creator disappears , quality control suffers. We all know the carts that just serve generic simple food with decent flavor. Matt’s food was different, it was his food , the OG himself.

We had a little trouble finding The Zone until we realized it was in a plaza with several other food trucks. We came here to satisfy my son's pizza/sandwich craving. He figured that a calzone could do the trick. He ordered the Grandad while my husband got the Bambino. He said, "This is amazing quality." I can also attest that it smelled delicious. It was definitely worth the trip. River's Place plaza has lots of outdoor picnic-type tables to sit and enjoy the various...
