I recently stumbled upon the Tablas Mobile Cuisine truck, and let me tell you, it was a culinary revelation! From the moment I approached the truck, the aroma of freshly grilled tacos and spices hit me like a warm hug. The vibrant colors and friendly faces of the staff immediately drew me in. I ordered the carne asada tacos and a chicken tinga tacos, and they did not disappoint! I was visiting from San Francisco and was skeptical about getting tacos from Oregon. I got the 4 for $11 tacos (lengua was $1 extra) and they were bomb - super flavorful. I got lengua, birria crispy, and 2 al pastor. The lengua was so tender, birria was crispy and melty with cheese, and al pastor had bits of pineapple which as sweet to accompany the savory pork. Service was quick and they were really friendly and family oriented.

Parking was available and plenty of outdoor tables.

I was so impressed, I got their special of the day pazole $10 (tortilla chips included)to go and reheated when I got home. They did not hold back on the ingredients. It was warm and filling for the chilly night.

We are from baja california, and believe me we have the best tacos, we came to visit Bend oregon and after a few days we craves tacos, so we looked for some Mexican tacos and we found this food truck, BEST TACOs de Carne asada. And to add a plus they had Mexican coca cola , there pica de Gallo salsa, we call it salsa Bandera and the red sauce were the 💣 bomb.
