Café Bloom — Restaurant in Benton

Not at all what I expected. I was not greeted when I came in. It was awkward and I felt uncomfortable. Ordered at counter. Food was brought out by the young lady from the kitchen. I will add she is the only reason I gave it more than one star. She was friendly and polite. She needs to be out front with customers.

Now for what I ordered. I got the shrimp bowl. It was mostly rice. 3-4 small shrimp. Did not see any avocados on it nor did I taste the sauce or find any sesame seeds. It did not taste bad but it was not what was advertised. It certainly was not what I paid for. I can make rice at home and throw a couple of shrimp on it.

The young lady that was working out on the floor passed right by my table several times and not once did she offer anything else or even ask how my food was.

This seems like it should be a nice place. You can have the nicest place in town but if this is how your service is and the food as well it won’t matter how pretty the place looks.

Great place for a girls day or even with the Hubby. Food was Excellent! It was worth the wait. We waited about an hour for our food. Only one server, I think the owner was helping with serving as well. I had the sweet hickory chicken melt. It was perfectly toasted and it was creamy and melt in your mouth. My mother had the turkey avocado blt. It was very good! Perfectly toasted as well and creamy. Just good flavors. The sides of Italian pasta salad was so good and so was their Mac and cheese.. We also tried the most popular drink, Butterfly Lemonade. It's a must! If you want the Tiered finger foods, you have to order at least a day in advance. It's best to call and reserve a table. That way you're guaranteed a table...

Clean, bright space with really good food. Everything we've had has been delicious! Love the chicken salad! The only drawback is that several times now, I've checked FB for any posts indicating they're closed and found nothing. Driven up and found the place closed. A couple days ago, I drove up and was told they weren't serving anyone who didn't have a reservation. I often don't plan to go until last minute and when I've tried to make reservations last minute, I've been told just to walk in. So, I usually don't make reservations unless I know a few days ahead. Very frustrating to drive a half hour to find it closed or be turned away (with plenty of tables). Other than that,...
