Traveling so never been to this place before. At first take this is a nice enough grocery. Nice produce, well stocked deli and great meats. While it is lacking in expanse of product availability you can do basic shopping there with decent prices. However what is really terrible is the checkout process and people. As I came to the registers there were three cashiers available, all talking with each other. I thought this is great. I unpacked my cart at one and the cashier began ringing up my stuff. No hello, welcome, did you find everything. No greeting at all. As I finished I noticed that the cashier was putting my items in another cart. I asked if they don’t bag the groceries and her response was paper or plastic. I said plastic. And she continued to finish ringing up my items. I said do I have to bag myself. No response. I didn’t know where the bags were but eventually notice them by the outside wall. As I was starting to bag things her next words were 114.65. So I paid. As I continued to bag my things she stood there drinking from some cup of something. I said so you don’t bag groceries here. She said not usually, sometimes. Read moreI go to this store at least twice a week and have noticed for at least the last 2 months, staff doesn't greet customers when they go through checkout. No, "hi, hello", nothing. This is a big change for this store. Prior to the last 2 months, staff always made one feel as if they were happy to see you. Today I decided to bring this to tge attention of the store manager. It was a concern, nor a complaint. When I told the manager the change I have seen in customer service, his response was to say, "They almost always say hello". I'm not saying the customer is always right, but don't dismiss a customer concern. The manager didn't once make eye contact with me. He was too busy staring at a monitor. Probably watching to see if his staff greeted customers or not. If he is setting the example for the staff, it now makes perfect sense. I will never shop here again, though it's been very convenient. I'll go elsewhere even if it means I pay a bit more. Whether it's for personal or church shopping, this store is no longer for me. I've never called customer service before but,...

There's definitely a unique variety you won't find in many other places and you will get some pretty good deals too.
