So - wow.
I was already feeling glad to have checked out The Groove Shop for the first time when I walked out the door. Our vehicle had snapped a belt outside town on our drive through, and we found this place while passing an hour or so for repairs.
The owner was friendly and wonderfully knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects. We ended up talking about farmsteading, soapmaking, glassblowing, beekeeping and all sorts of interesting things.

A simple no even, would have worked to but, instead I get accused of applying heat the the part and being overall rough with the piece. Never thought I would get treated that way and will not be...
