Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Benton

Ordered on the app, arrived on time and checked into a stall. Waited ten minutes past, patiently, with no delivery. Not a problem, they were busy. At about 40 minutes past, not seeing a car hop deliver to any stall but once, and at least 20 vehicles come and leave the drive thru, I decided to go and ask. (Thinking maybe we didn’t get checked in properly) Attendant I spoke to assured me we were definitely checked in but it was going to be a while, they were backed up, when I asked if she had any idea how much longer it might be, her answer I have no idea. Um, ok. Then change my order to drive thru pickup because it seems you’re tending to the drive thru more than your curbside customers. I get it, you’re busy and I feel as if we were more than understanding of that. Lesson learned, use the drive thru!! I personally have never had a bad experience with this place but tonight was definitely bad. we ordered online. my brother-in-law picked it up. they didn’t give us my little sister’s food. they put an jalapeño on my older sister’s sandwich that she definitely didn’t order like that since she doesn’t like them. when she tried calling about it, they didn’t answer. i called & gave my phone to her when they answered & the girl got rude & had an attitude saying they didn’t put jalapeños on it when we literally saw them. I don't know why I keep going through here. It must be because we eat out a lot and our town has so few choices. Always specify I want the sauce that comes with my food and always never get any sauce. My kids pretzels never have a cup of cheese...my sides never have ranch or marinara. I ALWAYS know to check and circle back around because even when you remind them at the window they forget your sauce. It's honestly too much of a hassle to acquire sauce that COMES with your food when I can go to Arbys, Mr Ds, or any other Sonic and not have to worry about it. Who serves a pretzel and cheese without cheese!? TWICE...
