Had to edit my review unfortunately but if I was the franchise owner or manager, Iād want to be aware. š¬ made an online order to pick up a 6 box. Stopped and got scooters coffee first then headed to Crumbl. Clicked the Iām here button on my phone. Went inside and Iām the only customer. First time ever going inside too. Iāve usually just ordered and my daughter picked it up. Went inside and there are 4 employees. 2 guys and 2 girls. No one says anything to me. Iām sure I looked unsure because as I said it was my first time and I wasnāt sure where I was supposed to stand or go to pick up a mobile order so I just continued to stand right there by the counter thatās directly across from the doors where you walk in. The employees were deep in a discussion about another employee or maybe their boss is what it seemed like based on the conversation. Seems they were complaining and unhappy with this person. I stood there over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I said I was there for a mobile order for my name. They continued their conversation and one of the guys walked out. The other guy walked over to the area furthest to the left and said he had mine right there except he didnāt have it right there because he got out one of the boxes and assembled it all while stopping several times and turning around to face the 2 girls rolling cookie dough into balls to continue exasperating about whatever the subject of the conversation had done or not done. The entire time he was assembling the box, searching for the proper cookie flavor to place into box, scooping cookie into box and trying to close the box he stopped and turned around to the girls handling the dough probably 20 times. Like full stop and standing facing them for at least 10 seconds or more to engage in the complaints about the subject they were unhappy with. I guess this is just what we have to expect with this generation and this day and age but I swear this was the worst case of this kind of behavior Iāve ever seen. Just zero awareness or courtesy or professionalism. Total lack of maturity or mindfulness. And trust me, Iām far from a boomer and wouldnāt even group myself in with typical rule followers but I mean come on. I joke around and have fun on my job as a healthcare professional but thereās also just a way to balance it where it doesnāt go over into the realm of looking like a typical entitled, privileged, thoughtless, spoiled kid. This is the kind of behavior that makes other countries view Americans in a negative light. Letās do better kids. Take your job a little more serious or maybe this is just the new wave attitude that these new franchises have and maybe Iām the odd duck for expecting anything different. I dunno but just thought it was worth me leaving a write up of what i...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlthough the price of the a single cookie is crazy, I got 6 for a Christmas celebration. This is my first time in this specific store. The cookies were great, of course, but the atmosphere of this place is dead and boring to say the lease. Yes it was 8:45 on a Saturday morning when I entered, but it felt like no one wanted to be at work today. I entered to a very weary and labored āhello, welcome to Crumbl Cookiesā by 2 employees. No instructions on how I was to order, no good morning, no do you have any questions, no connection whatsoever. Thankfully I have enough common sense to figure out what to do and I ordered. Then I stood for 10 minutes in the corner, listening to elevator music waiting for them to literally put 6 cookies in a box and hand them to me. By the way, no thank you as I left. Donāt think Iāll be back to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was our first time in a Crumbl cookie and my 10 year old was very excited. After placing our order heās looking at the cookies on display and picks up the plastic cookie cutter to ask what it was and if we could get one. Before I had a chance the say anything the gentleman fulfilling our order loudly tells him to put it down and please donāt touch (which is fine). But then he rolls his eyes so obviously at the situation. I told him there was no reason to be ugly, heās a kid and didnāt know. It was such an awkward situation and very unprofessional. We felt very unwelcome. Once we got in the car my son cried and said he never wanted to go back there. I hate that this particular worker ruined a fun experience for us.
No complaints on the cookies, they are beautiful...
