Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Benton

I placed a Mobile order at 11:13am this morning and my pick up time was 11:28am. Got over there a few minutes before that and wanted to check up on my order. They told me that it was "making its way don't the line" but when I looked down they were making other sandwiches, my tortilla wasn't anywhere I could see it. I mentioned it to the woman behind the counter and she said they are cutting the meat for it but they were not and she started getting rude with me. Seeing that my food was still not done I ran right down the road to Scooters, I was gone about 10-15 minutes and I came right back. When I got back my wrap was still NOT DONE. I check on my order again and the woman behind the counter started being even more rude. About 5 or so more m8nutes of waiting for my single wrap, and seeing several other people leaving before me, I finally got mine. I got out to the car and went to check it. It looked terrible. It was literally FALLING apart! The tortilla looked like it was ripped to shreds and the contents were falling out of it. I come here a lot with my family and the staff is normally really nice but today it was terrible. There were two woman that were just outright rude and had an attitude with me and another customer. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes, 2 more people left with their food, and I finally get mine, I watched them do it, They were finally able to do it correctly and it actually looked like a wrap. I was really close to just telling them to give me a refund, even after remaking it, they still had an attitude with me, she even tried shoving it into my hand. This was just...

My experience here was not food related, I had an interview here and the interview was very hostile, the interviewer was the district manager, he almost seemed aggressive towards me, I'm assuming because I shared with the district manager my current salary and from that point he seemed to be very upset. I'm assuming because I made more than him, he point blank told me I wouldn't make more money at JerseyMike's, I thought to my self wow this growing company has no room for growth? He then kept asking me over and over again why I was wanting to leave my current job, I stated over and over again that I was happy with my job and that I was testing the market,

He did not like that answer obviously because he wouldn't stop asking me. I then said I don't think this is going to work and got up, he said to me research salary for the position before applying or coming for an interview, I turned and said I honestly don't know how you keep any employees.

This is the worst interview I have ever been apart of, I would be very appalled if my subordinate was acting this way to potential candidates. I am still employed at my current company and so glad I am because they treat me very well and I treat them well. I don't remember his name or I would have stated it. This has really weighed on me posting this but I would like the owner to know about this situation to prevent this from happening to...

Updated Review: Visiting back in town just thought I'd stop and get a Hot Sub. Super long wait 1st off. Pretty much overlooked is what I got out of the wait. Asking the cashier how much longer finally my order is all of sudden up. Completely wrong though it's crazy how the cook gets upset that it was wrong when the guy who actually took my order walked up to him and explained my ticket that was on the cook. As he was taking out the trash bin. I'm thinking surely he's going to wash those hands and change his gloves maybe even have someone else assemble my Sub. Nope watching him clearly start making my food. Well that's not going to work Sir. I asked the cashier to tell him No Thank You Im good. Refund Yep now here's the kick. The refund needed mgmt. To complete whom do you think walks up to process the refund Yep the cook like okay Ive seen enough way too many people in here for him to be leading his crew all types of wrong.

Old Review: Yes I am glad we got this Sub shop out this way. I only have done Hot Subs but they have been on point each and every time.
