If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been a reliable customer for months if not years but no longer. On 10/23 one of their cashier's took my order. My phone was dead so she offered to take my number because I wanted to earn points. I never got those points. I went in to fix the error yesterday and Angela tried to help but it didn't work. So I had to come back today to get my rightful points and the manager on duty Kay told me there was nothing she could do aka "tough break bro."
I know If they can't help directly they can always help indirectly but ahe refused. The best she could offer was "hey try calling corporate" and didn't even bother trying to find a number for me, she just said "try looking it up." Yeah that's great customer service. Tiffany and Angela and Brian are good people but I did not like how dismissive Kay was to my needs and I especially didn't like how the unknown cashier messed up my order causing me all this grief. Kay tried to blame it on the system because it's easy to scapegoat vs holding her incompetent cashier accountable.
Don't ever frequent this place or at least go somewhere else. You are just a wallet to them and everything will be fine until they mess you over big-time. They they will show you just how little your...
Read moreOMG! STAY AWAY! We placed an order to dine in via mobile app. Our kids were so excited to eat there and we love their cauliflower crust, and the salads. After placing our order for 3 pizzas and 1 salad, the “manager” came out and said they’re out of cauliflower crust. Well we have a gluten allergy and can’t eat regular hence the reason we ordered cauliflower. So after just standing there I asked if they could just repeat the exact salad I ordered which had ZERO pork on it. No ham, no bacon. They finally bring our food out, 2 pizzas and 2 salads one which was COVERED in ham and bacon which I SPECIFICALLY ordered not to be on there. We couldn’t eat anything, waited forever for something to be done about our food and left having to go get something else to eat! We also had ordered a piece of cake for our kids, which we never even got. As I was waiting on a refund (which I still haven’t gotten) there were 3 other extremely mad customers that were in line beside me. There were SO many orders and mistakes made tonight. Walked to the other side at the to go register if this is where I need to be to order. The young lady at the register looked back to 2 other staff. The lady in blue shirt and bling braided pig tails looked up from her phone and back down. Another young lady in black shirt finishes preparing the food and walked over to the order in register. After taking a gentlemans order and mine I asked the lady who the woman was in the blue shirt. She said her manager Kay. After sitting down halfway through my review manager brings my food and asked if there was any problem. I said yes that I was waiting for a while to order and told her the situation. Of course it's roughly 2:30 pm and I get. All staff are in this area cleaning up after lunch rush. Only 7 customer in the place. Still no excuse to look up from the phone and not help...
